If it's wrong for CBS to create a graphic using the image of the US flag to make a point, then it is also wrong for Freepers to photoshop that same graphic, by adding CBS's logo, to make a point.

This is why I vigorously oppose a "flag desecration" amendment to the US Constitution. One man's desecration is another man's message. The flag is a symbol, a very powerful symbol, but only a symbol. The Constitution of the US is a mechanism for limiting the power of government and is not the proper means for honoring the flag.

Actually, we're "desecrating" an image of the official CBS Flag of Islamic America, not the U.S. flag. The problem is that the ugly monstrosity was created in the first place.

If there were a cloth version we could proudly burn it in front of CBS headquarters.
