Michael Savage on Cindy Sheehan?
self

Has Michael Savage ever talked about Cindy Sheehan? I am aware of what O'Reilly and Limbaugh think of her...

Yeah, he talked about broken hearts and broken minds.

He's essentially said-and I'm paraphrasing-"she's a wackjob, but she's also entitled to her feelings, and should be allowed to speak her mind."

He's basically used the occasion to trash generic, unnamed (conservative) cable-news hosts.

Savages ratings are in toilet. Al Franken has more listeners.

Does it matter what he thinks about anything?

I thought he had 8 million listeners? What about Roberts, Are there any conservatives fired up about him? The New Center Right(talk radio and blogs) is the only ones taking about him. Rush has little bits but no callers want to talk about him. I am not as fired up as I would have been for Janet Rogers Brown.

I like savage too, He alternately enrages me and cracks me up. Has anyone ever noticed that he and Schumer sound like twins? Sound of their voices, i mean.

I was driving around last night and he was slamming a caller who said she should be shut up. But as other say, he thinks like everyone else that she is a nut job who is being used.

Yeah! Savage is a New York guy. He knows the type of animal typical of the New York east coast liberal.

I listen to Savage on occasion but he's too anti Bush for my taste. His political opinions seem rather sophmoric and moronic. I don't know if he's acting or sincere.

I think those ratings were for New York--where Franken beat out Savage if I'm not mistaken.

It really is hard for me to do but in retrospect what really has Bush done, besides the war on terror and a tax cut, that is conservative?

Savage wasn't too bad last night...

He had a hugh hangover. Couldn't manage to get into the psychotic screaming. He was almost calm and docile.

Tuned him out today on his first outburst.

Would prefer Laura Ingraham, but the poor girl must be in cancer treatment as she has some guest host.

Not exactly a hugh fan of hers, but wish her well in her fight against the big C. She certainly has the fighting spirit, although it didn't help my brother.

to each their own...

I think he's almost as much a waste of time and resources as Howard Stern.

I liked Laura Ingraham at first but she has grown old as a radio host. She doesn't wear well...frankly she doesn;t have the microphone talent. I think Michael Medved is much better.

The more I listen to talk radio the more I'm amazed by Rush Limbaugh. The guy is just a talented cat and it's obvious why he's still so successful after all these years. He's a virtuoso with a mic.

I don't think it matters what he's thinking. Savage is an asshole and will be promoting whatever happens to serve his own interests best today.

she has grown old

She does get tiresome. But she's more entertaining than Savage's mania after a long day's work. I don't need someone screaming at me in the evening when I'm trying to chill.

This being baseball season, I wouldn't have to worry about it, but my Comcast cable box had a meltdown in last week's heat wave so I needed something to listen to until I get a replacement.

Hardly.

From coast to coast affiliates continue to rave about Savage's impact on their ratings. Maurice Tunick, Program Director of WOR, New York says, "There are only a few shows we don't want to compete against and neither does our competitor. Michael Savage is right at the top of the list!"

Indeed at WOR, Savage leads the station with a 3.5 share 12+ in "The Big Apple" and a 2.2 share 25/54, 3.2 share 35/64 demo's.

At KRLA, Los Angeles Savage saw significant Winter rating increases, 60% in 25/54, 38% in 35/64, and 33% in the 12+ demo.

In Boston at WRKO Savage's Winter ratings soared.
