Kristinn's right - there is a scandal here beyond Cindy's love for the terrorists (errr, "freedom fighters"). A large part of it is just why the press corps even gives this idiot the time of day.

Great advice here. In the 5 years that I have been replying and posting to Free Republic, I have seen incriminating data from liberal sites disappear shortly after we post and cite it.

Same old Marxist crap as from the "peace" protests during the Vietnam War. I know some Vietnam vets and it's like Deja Vu (all over again) to them. Not only are some old wounds being sliced back open, a knife has also been jabbed in and twisted around. Baez and other old moldy lefties coming out of the woodwork along with Hanoi Jane, AKA Jihad Jane, and her upcoming protest tour really tears it.

 

I'm hoping the Viet Vets can return to duty yet one more time and help do a Swift Boat-sort smackdown exposé on that bunch like they did on Komrade Kerry. Payback that's been a long time in coming.

Cindy must see herself as a righteous equalizer and must not understand why her son volunteered to serve in the miltary. Either her son saw differently than his liberal mom and pop or he thought the school money would be a no strings attached program.

Either way, Cindy Sheehan must not understand that her throughts, words and deeds, place her at odds with her sons sacrifice. She acts as if she hated her son, what he did, all he stood for and now is trying to valiantly erase his memory from the face of the earth. Cindy is the story now, not her son Casey.
