Would they prefer foreign criminal?

Would unapprehended scofflaws be less offensive to them? I'd hate to offend the highly sensitive amongst them.

"Can you say,"MOTOR VOTER?"

A small portion of Assemblyman Joe Nation's reply to my letter opposing this bill:

"First, SB60 does not allow people to vote. Under federal law, it is a felony for an UNDOCUMENTED CITIZEN (caps mine) to vote. While voter registration cards are currently attached to driver's license applications, the card contains a clear statement that it is illegal for someone to complete the card if they are not a US citizen."

Yeah - I'm sure that'll really put fear into someone who's breaking the law anyway!!!

This same Joe Nation is the one who wants schools to offer vegan lunches and outlaw dove hunting. God have mercy on me, my other representatives are Lynn Woolsey, Diane Feinstein and Barbara Boxer.

That leaves me with Arnold and George W. We all know where G.W. is on the border issue - no where.

Special interests groups pay them mucho $$. That's the reason the politicans listen to them. They sell themselves to the highest bidder.

"...I can't believe the good folks in Pasadena, San Marino and South Pasadena voted for this clown, Cedillo???"

It would be very interesting to see some voting statistics from Cedillo's district as well as the demographic breakdown.

Our state legislature is well on the way to becoming a branch office of the Mexican government. That, along with with the like-minded liberals and gays and the gerrymandered districts out of which these skunks operate, plus however many illegals the Rats manage to transport to the polls, ensure a continuation of the present mess.

Until we get a governor willing to take this on who can inspire and energize the voters, we're stuck with it. We thought Arnold was that governor. By now, it should be quite clear he is not.

If he does not veto this bill he will not get the GOP nomination for Governor. Guaranteed.

Aw-w-w-w, isn't that nice? The legislators are doing 'the will of the people'. Tell me again what 'representative government' means?

Don't pick washington unless you want to live outside the city of Seattle.

The Californians have moved up here in mass (they ofcourse are escaping the mess they created down there) and are doing everything possible to turn it into the socialist republic of washington.

Your already seeing their calling cards.

Election fraud
Union pandering
Left-wing wackos elected
Highway projects held up due to environmental studies that take years and end up costing double or triple what was budgeted.
Skyrocketing real estate prices
Massive state budget problems
High taxes
Gas tax increases
Bad driving
Guys wearing capri pants

Where can I live where it's sane?

Beats me, but when you find it please let me know. Thanks.

WE THE PEOPLE need to make fundamental changes in how this State is to run

The border police initiative would be worth doing, but Prop. 200 in Arizona is the template for a successful (legally) initiative which would squeeze off illegal voting, and probably lead to the defeat of some of the freak leftists in the state assembly.

Until then, the laws in California will be made by aliens, seditionists, and traitors, because they are elected on the votes of people who shouldn't be voting, in districts that are largely fictitious, since they depend on a census that includes massive numbers of illegal aliens (like, all of Central and South L.A.).

Afterthought: Recently spent some time in Montana and learned that the local response to environmentalist wackos is pretty much 'Get otta here!' which was music to my ears. Does get mighty cold in the winter, however.

Do they think Arnold will run out of ink from his pen when he veto's this?

Good grief.

It seems it's all out war with the State ASSembly vs. the voting people of California

Hmmmm...Montana, eh...?

I'll file that away. Next year or the year after I'll be looking nationally for a new job. Can't hurt to get some ideas now.

And fwiw, winters in MA aren't a treat. Then again, maybe not so many militia-types running around here. Then again, again, we're drowning in snotty undergraduates and latte-sippers.

Huh.

This same Joe Nation is the one who wants schools to offer vegan lunches and outlaw dove hunting.

Ah, I see he has other fine qualities besides not knowing the difference between legal and illegal. Keep the updates on Joe Nation coming. The comic relief is needed.

Tell me again what 'representative government' means?

Whatever it means, we don't have it in Mexifornia. Any assemblymember who voted for this outrage should be booted out, but the truth of the matter is that we're being outnumbered here, and the open borders lobby is able to enrich the bank accounts of the politicians.

Thanks, but it just doesn't roll off the tongue the same. Plus, I wouldn't want to dilute the original metaphor too much.

Found a great website for CA residents to get informed and contact our "representatives" letting them know we will not stand for illegal immigration!!

http://www.capsweb.org/main.html

I'm just one person. Born and raised in So CA, I live and work in So CA. I don't have the resources to go to Sacramento tomorrow and bang on "One-Bill-Gil's" door, telling him to KNOCK IT OFF, ALLREADY!!! I wish I could. Because, unfortunately that's the only way I feel my voice will be heard!

People like us (CA Freepers) must stand together and make difference!
