German sources suggest Bosnia-linked cell preparing new UK attack

Text of report by Udo Ulfkotte entitled "Security circles: Indications of a third London terror cell", published by German news agency ddp on 12 September

September 12, 2005 --Frankfurt am Main: There are indications that the Al-Qa'idah terror organization has an intact network operating in the Balkans. Sources within the Federal Intelligence Service (BND) intimate that both the Madrid terrorists, and some of those who perpetrated the London bombings, had "contacts with Bosnia". These sources told ddp news agency that European intelligence services had "vague indications that another terror cell controlled from Bosnia is preparing a new attack on London".

Not only are the Al-Qa'idah terror group's structures in the Middle East being kept under observation by the intelligence services; but the situation in the Balkans as a whole also "gives cause for concern".

The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, is also described as "a hotbed" of violent extremists. The "Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Kosovo" are said to be "a dangerous breeding-ground, presently under scarcely any observation, for Islamist terrorists". Muslims from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Great Britain are reportedly travelling there to be "fanaticized".

Western security circles report that two young Muslims accidentally blew themselves up in Kosovo recently, when they were trying to test a mobile phone converted into a remote-controlled bomb. The men were said to have been attending a seminar organized by the Revival of Islamic Heritage, which had cooperated in the past with the Afghan Support Committee founded by Usamah Bin-Ladin.

In addition, though the Al Haramain Foundation, accused by the US government of funding terror groups, has been closed down, an organization calling itself Vazir and purportedly dedicated to sport, culture and education is reportedly still operating there. Many such foundations are said to be once again serving as "camouflage for the indoctrination and training of terrorists". Though the mujahidin groups' former training camps in Bosnia have been closed down, military training still continues there, under the guise of "youth camps or sports courses", according to BND circles.

One of the most well-known mujahidin leaders in the Balkans, Abdelkader Mokhtari, also known by the name of Abu El-Maali [names as published], who was said to be implicated in a failed bomb attack on US soldiers in Germany at the end of the 1990s, has now reportedly returned to Bosnia, and to have found a safe bolthole there. The degree to which the Balkans, and particularly Bosnia and Kosovo, have now reverted into travel destinations for Islamist extremists from western Europe is regarded as striking. The case of an incorrupt Serbian policeman, who in June arrested 22-year-old Moroccan Abdelmajid Bouchar [name as published], who was wanted in connection with the March 2004 bomb attacks on Madrid, is cited as an exception.

OBL and others bragged that Bosnian muslims looked western (ie - white) so they could more easily carry out terrorist strikes - too bad the Serbs are not around to help keep them in Bosnia...

I am so Glad - Clinton & Albright sent USA troops and warplanes to bomb the hell out of the Serbians to assure that we now have new radical Islamic-Fascist states (Bosnia and Kosovo)& new terrorist training camps in south eastern Europe.

Thanks - Billy !!

Terrorism is truly international.

We need to keep reorienting our international institutions to combat organized terror.

Well, maybe we can have that mosque "sanitized"...

They must be trying to follow up on those successful attacks on the Olympics and the Pope.

Here's the way I see it, Joan - Belgrade is still looking to tie Kosovo's future to the Republika Srpska's, in some sort of "you take this, we get that" way, and Banja Luka is deathly concerned about having it's police be turned from partners in it's little organized crime empire into an actual police force dedicated to enforcing laws. So efforts are being made to forestall Bosnia's normalization (read integration of the two entities) by portraying non-Serb Bosnia as a jihadist haven, thus making a case for keeping the two halves separated and keeping the Republika Srpska in play as territory for future Serbian annexation.

Unfortunately for the folks looking to carry this out, the folks they need to convince know better, so this is all for naught.

Gonna be an interesting next couple of weeks in regards to Police reform and the Republika Srpska.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

try hitting zividici (sp?) about 20 min south of Doboj, a Jihad R/R haven. Maybe a trip in-country can quell many of your denials too. The Italian SF are too busy chasing down the Croatian mafia and islamic radicals. BTW - The Serbs supply SFOR with intel data in much greater quantity and quality then the croat-bih federation alliances.

On a perfectly clear summer day - Thursday, September 3, 1992 - an Italian G 222 turbo-propelled, twin-engine, nine-ton transport aircraft, with a five-ton shipment of blankets intended for Sarajevo has been shoot down north of city of Konjic.
Four crew (Italians) and four passengers (French citizens) on board were killed.

When American reconnaissance and rescue helicopters from the “Iwo Jima” tried to land, they came under small arms fire and an infra-red homing missile was fired from the ground.

France called this an "act of terrorism”, US Department of State said they will wait for the final results of UNPROFOR and the Italian investigations.

We did not see results of this investigation, didn’t we? Reason - according to Italian media – investigation found out that unfortunate plane has been brought down deep in Croat-Muslim held territory by a “Stinger”. That “Stinger” was sent to Afghanistan mujahedin by “international community” and they sent it (and volunteers) to their brethren in muslim Bosnia.

There's no evidence pointing to Stinger sent to Afghanistan as being used anywhere outside of Afghanistan.

I remember the shoot down, Zagor - speculation at the time had the local Croats (Kiseljak, I think) downing the plane in order to force aid to travel along road routes they controlled, allowing them to take their cut.

Knock off the BS.

I don't think so.

(a subsequent Italian Government investigation determined the plane was struck by a surface-to-air missile fired by an unknown source about 17 miles from Sarajevo) source

Islamist terrorists organizing in Bosnia

FRANKFURT-AM-MAIN, Germany, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Al-Qaida may have an intact terror network operating in the Balkans, German security officials say.

Sources within Germany's Bundesnachrichsiendienst, or Federal Intelligence Service (BND) told the German news agency DDP that both the Madrid terrorists, and some of those who perpetrated the London bombings, had "contacts with Bosnia," DDP reported Monday.

The BND sources told DDP that European intelligence services had "vague indications that another terror cell controlled from Bosnia is preparing a new attack on London".

The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, was described by the BND sources as "a hotbed" of violent extremists, DDP said.

The "Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Kosovo" are now "a dangerous breeding-ground, presently under scarcely any observation, for Islamist terrorists," a BND source told DDP. Muslims from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Britain are reportedly traveling there to be "fanaticized," he said.

Other Western security sources told BND that two young Muslims accidentally blew themselves up in Kosovo recently when they were trying to test a mobile phone converted into a remote-controlled bomb. The men were said to have been attending a seminar organized by the Revival of Islamic Heritage.

One of the most well-known mujahidin leaders in the Balkans, Abdelkader Mokhtari, also known by the name of Abu El-Maali [names as published], who was said to be implicated in a failed bomb attack on U.S. soldiers in
Germany at the end of the 1990s, has now reportedly returned to Bosnia, and found a safe bolt hole there, BND said.

I don't have any information, just memory recall. It was only an hours drive from Sarajevo and it was near a lake (Jezero Modrac). That is much further then 30kms/17 miles.

.......The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, is also described as "a hotbed" of violent extremists.......

The entire Western intelligence community, including the CIA, knows that that mosque is a hotbed of Al Qaeda, including a recruiting ground for Europe-based international jihadists who go to Iraq to kill Americans.

See, for example, http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/khadr/alqaedafamily8.html

Americans should no longer allow themselves to be fooled about the true nature of muslim "Bosnia"!

you lack the intellect nor the capacity to accept that the war was not entirely the Serbs fault. A failure on your part to realize that the Serbs and more or less the Croatians were pushed into the corner to mobilize for war due to the muslim one-way insistance they be granted full unconditional independance. This was being mapped out prior to the Croatian breakaway. The decision was made by the muslims of bih to delay their hard push til after croatia made their move. The muslims knew there would be fighting and so they orchestrated hostility intent and PR to their favor.

Please quote me when I said the war was "entirely the Serbs fault." I've said no such thing. I do claim, however, that the Serbs own deplorable conduct in the war was what ultimately lost them world sympathy and understanding, and I find it both ammusing and sad that some Serbs still don't understand this. Oh well, not my problem.

The decision was made by the muslims of bih to delay their hard push til after croatia made their move.

After seeing what the JNA did in Croatia, the Muslims actually pressured the Germans NOT to recognize BiH independence knowing full well what it would probably bring.

PR? The Muslims needed no "orchestration" on that front. The Serbs did more than enough for them.
