OBL and others bragged that Bosnian muslims looked western (ie - white) so they could more easily carry out terrorist strikes - too bad the Serbs are not around to help keep them in Bosnia...

I am so Glad - Clinton & Albright sent USA troops and warplanes to bomb the hell out of the Serbians to assure that we now have new radical Islamic-Fascist states (Bosnia and Kosovo)& new terrorist training camps in south eastern Europe.

Thanks - Billy !!

Terrorism is truly international.

We need to keep reorienting our international institutions to combat organized terror.

Well, maybe we can have that mosque "sanitized"...

They must be trying to follow up on those successful attacks on the Olympics and the Pope.

Here's the way I see it, Joan - Belgrade is still looking to tie Kosovo's future to the Republika Srpska's, in some sort of "you take this, we get that" way, and Banja Luka is deathly concerned about having it's police be turned from partners in it's little organized crime empire into an actual police force dedicated to enforcing laws. So efforts are being made to forestall Bosnia's normalization (read integration of the two entities) by portraying non-Serb Bosnia as a jihadist haven, thus making a case for keeping the two halves separated and keeping the Republika Srpska in play as territory for future Serbian annexation.

Unfortunately for the folks looking to carry this out, the folks they need to convince know better, so this is all for naught.

Gonna be an interesting next couple of weeks in regards to Police reform and the Republika Srpska.

I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.

try hitting zividici (sp?) about 20 min south of Doboj, a Jihad R/R haven. Maybe a trip in-country can quell many of your denials too. The Italian SF are too busy chasing down the Croatian mafia and islamic radicals. BTW - The Serbs supply SFOR with intel data in much greater quantity and quality then the croat-bih federation alliances.

On a perfectly clear summer day - Thursday, September 3, 1992 - an Italian G 222 turbo-propelled, twin-engine, nine-ton transport aircraft, with a five-ton shipment of blankets intended for Sarajevo has been shoot down north of city of Konjic.
Four crew (Italians) and four passengers (French citizens) on board were killed.

When American reconnaissance and rescue helicopters from the “Iwo Jima” tried to land, they came under small arms fire and an infra-red homing missile was fired from the ground.

France called this an "act of terrorism”, US Department of State said they will wait for the final results of UNPROFOR and the Italian investigations.

We did not see results of this investigation, didn’t we? Reason - according to Italian media – investigation found out that unfortunate plane has been brought down deep in Croat-Muslim held territory by a “Stinger”. That “Stinger” was sent to Afghanistan mujahedin by “international community” and they sent it (and volunteers) to their brethren in muslim Bosnia.

There's no evidence pointing to Stinger sent to Afghanistan as being used anywhere outside of Afghanistan.

I remember the shoot down, Zagor - speculation at the time had the local Croats (Kiseljak, I think) downing the plane in order to force aid to travel along road routes they controlled, allowing them to take their cut.

Knock off the BS.

Islamist terrorists organizing in Bosnia

FRANKFURT-AM-MAIN, Germany, Sept. 14 (UPI) -- Al-Qaida may have an intact terror network operating in the Balkans, German security officials say.

Sources within Germany's Bundesnachrichsiendienst, or Federal Intelligence Service (BND) told the German news agency DDP that both the Madrid terrorists, and some of those who perpetrated the London bombings, had "contacts with Bosnia," DDP reported Monday.

The BND sources told DDP that European intelligence services had "vague indications that another terror cell controlled from Bosnia is preparing a new attack on London".

The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, was described by the BND sources as "a hotbed" of violent extremists, DDP said.

The "Balkans, particularly Bosnia and Kosovo" are now "a dangerous breeding-ground, presently under scarcely any observation, for Islamist terrorists," a BND source told DDP. Muslims from Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, and Britain are reportedly traveling there to be "fanaticized," he said.

Other Western security sources told BND that two young Muslims accidentally blew themselves up in Kosovo recently when they were trying to test a mobile phone converted into a remote-controlled bomb. The men were said to have been attending a seminar organized by the Revival of Islamic Heritage.

One of the most well-known mujahidin leaders in the Balkans, Abdelkader Mokhtari, also known by the name of Abu El-Maali [names as published], who was said to be implicated in a failed bomb attack on U.S. soldiers in
Germany at the end of the 1990s, has now reportedly returned to Bosnia, and found a safe bolt hole there, BND said.

.......The King Fahd Mosque in Dobrinja, a suburb of Sarajevo, is also described as "a hotbed" of violent extremists.......

The entire Western intelligence community, including the CIA, knows that that mosque is a hotbed of Al Qaeda, including a recruiting ground for Europe-based international jihadists who go to Iraq to kill Americans.

See, for example, http://www.cbc.ca/news/background/khadr/alqaedafamily8.html

Americans should no longer allow themselves to be fooled about the true nature of muslim "Bosnia"!

you lack the intellect nor the capacity to accept that the war was not entirely the Serbs fault. A failure on your part to realize that the Serbs and more or less the Croatians were pushed into the corner to mobilize for war due to the muslim one-way insistance they be granted full unconditional independance. This was being mapped out prior to the Croatian breakaway. The decision was made by the muslims of bih to delay their hard push til after croatia made their move. The muslims knew there would be fighting and so they orchestrated hostility intent and PR to their favor.

Please quote me when I said the war was "entirely the Serbs fault." I've said no such thing. I do claim, however, that the Serbs own deplorable conduct in the war was what ultimately lost them world sympathy and understanding, and I find it both ammusing and sad that some Serbs still don't understand this. Oh well, not my problem.

The decision was made by the muslims of bih to delay their hard push til after croatia made their move.

After seeing what the JNA did in Croatia, the Muslims actually pressured the Germans NOT to recognize BiH independence knowing full well what it would probably bring.

PR? The Muslims needed no "orchestration" on that front. The Serbs did more than enough for them.

the commanders of the JNA were non-Serbs, fact. Need a list?

The muslims knew how to play the game and knew how to use PR. Majority of the "muslim dead" were Serbs and was orchestrated to be seen as "butchered muslims", but were in fact "butchered Serbs".

One of Burns's first stories after his arrival back in Sarajevo in July 1993 contained a reference to the infamous "bread line massacre" of the previous year, which Bosnian Muslims used to pressure the U.N. Security Council as it prepared to vote for sanctions against Serbia. A year after some U.N. official acknowledged that Muslims, not Bosnian Serbs, had set off explosive that killed 22 civilians outside a Sarajevo bakery. Burns and the "Times" still reported the claim that a Serb mortar had caused the tragedy. Ironically, that same July 5 story by Burns focused on Bosnian paramilitary police in Sarajevo who were firing mortars on nearby Bosnian army units. Repeated attempts to interview Burns, who returned briefly to Toronto last June, were unsuccessful.

There have also been questions about Roy Gutman's Pulitzer-winning scoops in August 1992 about two Serb-run "death camps." Gutman constructed his accounts, to his credit, admittedly so, from alleged survivors of Manjaca and Trnopolje. But as one British journalist, Joan Phillips, has pointed out: "The death camp stories are very thinly sourced. They are based on the very few accounts from hearsay. They are given the stamp of authority by speculation and surmise from officials. Gutman is not guilty of lying. He did not try to hide the fact that his stories were thinly sourced." But it is also true, as Phillips noted, that Gutman's disclaimers were placed near the end of the article. Yet those stories were the principal basis for the world's belief that the Serbs were not simply holding Muslim prisoners but were operating death camps in Bosnia. Phillips also drew attention to Gutman's visit in September 1992 to the scene of a massacre of 17 Serbs near Banja Luka, which went unreported until December 13, three months later. Gutman could not be contacted and "Newsday" editors would not explain the lapse in publication. Gutman did discuss his reporting later on: in an interview in the July 1993 "American Journalism Review," he explained that he had abandoned strict objectivity in his coverage in order to pressure governments to act.

The entire media response to the issue of atrocities against Serbs raises a troubling question: why did the press show such minimal interests in Serb claim of death camps housing their own people? Documents submitted to the European parliament and U.N. by Bosnian Serbs have included horrible claims:

The Serb were made out to be the bad guys for hitting Gorazde in April 94. Intel came that the muslims were planning on dropping chlorine into the water treatment/tower that supplied the entire region/districts.

If that was accomplished, many ppl on all sides would have been dead or gravely ill. the bosnian serbs made preemptive strike to disable the water tower/center. once they gained control of that tower area, they moved out of town. but, they never relinquished the control of it. the muslims knew and then were told by Gen Rose if they (muslms) made any attempt to sabotage the tower, he'd allow the Serbs to have Gorazde. It had nothing to do with "mladic backing down"..that was all public posturing. The muslms knew if that was legitimized by Gen Rose to the press, serious black eye for the muslims.

Seseljs boys were the ones who took control of the tower and the town center. Funny thing, they opened up a corridor for the injured muslm civlians to be evacuated to safety. The muslim civilians were being held hostage by the muslm army. STrange it took "Seseljs figthers" to free them from terror and into the safety of the Serbs.

You do what all sides in the Balkans love to do: drown you in a long list of crimes by the other side, as if the other side couldn't provide such a list themselves, even a longer one.

By mid-1993, the ability to tell the Serb side of the story was gone, as some observers recognized.

Gee I wonder why. Serbophibia I guess....

Ah so the Serbs were actually saving the people of Gorazde.

The Muslims in the town seem to think otherwise. In fact many were refugees from Foca, Visegrad and elsewhere cleansed by the Serbs and were scared sh*tless by the prospect of being overrun again.

looky what i found on the 'net, an incomplete and one side of the story. I finally did a "yahoo search' instead of using my personal knowledge of boots on the ground. Serbs Exit Blasting
Troops smash water source, leave Gorazde a shambles

By Roy Gutman. EUROPE CORRESPONDENT

Bonn, Germany - Bosnian Serb troops withdrew their heavy weapons
from the center of Gorazde yesterday, but burned down houses, blew up a
vital water treatment plant and fired mortars and sniper rifles as they
pulled out, the United Nations announced.
Yasushi Akashi, the chief UN representative in Bosnia, said the
Serbs had made "progress" but they were "not perfect" in implementing
the ceasefire they had signed with the UN after NATO threatened massive airstrikes.
...

oh another!

US Army analyst, Lt. Col John E. Sray wrote in his wartime diary that reporters Christiane Amanpour and Peter Jennings accepted Muslim propaganda as unvarnished truth, and sent anti-Serb reports from Bosnia.

Serbs were blamed for the atrocities in Vase Miskina street [breadline] and Markale [marketplace], where several dozen innocent civilians were killed. This led to sanctions against Serbia (from 1992 onward), and the bombing of Bosnian Serb military positions [in 1995]. Almost a decade later, then-UNPROFOR commander, UK General Michael Rose explained in his memoirs that Serbs were falsely accused, and that the fatal shells most likely came from Muslim positions in order to provoke a reaction of the West.

Concerning the 1993 massacre at the Sarajevo Markale marketplace, future US Secretary of State Madeleine Albright not only lied, but in her effort to deceive the world also declared the evidence “classified.” The evidence she tried to suppress has revealed beyond any doubt that Bosnian Muslims butchered their own people to win world sympathy. That lie has subsequently cost the Serbs thousands of innocent lives.

The Western public calmly ignores the fact that many Pulitzer laureates built their careers on Serb-slandering lies. Reporters of the British ITN, who shot the exclusive footage of “starving Bosniaks in Serb concentration camps,” did not confess until 1997 that the footage was a deception.

CNN’s star reporter Christiane Amanpour often reported from Pale, claiming to be “live from Sarajevo,” and solicited outrage against the “Chetniks who raped 50,000 Bosniak women.” No one in the West seemed interested for the epilogue of such stories, such as the case of one of the allegedly “raped” Bosniak women, who was given asylum in Switzerland and there gave birth to an African baby. Similar monstrous lies were repeated during the Kosovo war, again demonizing the Serbs.

what they don't tell you is that the muslims were using gorazde as a staging ground for forays into Serbia proper. Thereby, the muslims were entering Serbia, i.e crossing newly recognized international borders to attack innocent civlians inside Serbia-Montenegro.

To top it off, the muslims were in the process of putting chlorine into the regions water treatment tower. Using religious places as wpns emplacements and shield. I can go on and on...

where or who were your sources that you 'heard this from"? The muslim ham radio operators that were giving out radio reports? by the way, that was the only source of information eminating from Gorazde and Srebrenica the reporters were writing about. Prior to Serbs regaining their land back and having the muslim civilians telling their side of the story.

By the way johnnyonthespotty, majority of the the muslim refugees from gorazde departed to Serbia. Why didn't they head towards muslim areas? They were afraid of being 'being used as shields and pawns, victims of their own bih army terror tactics.

Result of UNPROFOR and the Italian investigation is that “Stinger” supplied by Afghanistan “freedom fighters” to extremist in Sarajevo had been used.

But, as we now, all Yugoslav truths are not for telling. Plane has been shot down deep in Croat-Muslim held territory and they couldn’t pin this down on Serbs so they stayed numb and they never went public with their findings.

Same is happening in London, where Metropolitan Police still refuse to tell of what origin is explosive used in terrorist attack. Or in Potocari:
Police "on the track" of Srebrenica bombers
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/1437296/posts?page=1

Maybe rockets had came trough Pakistan or were brought by Bin Laden himself. One German journalist recognized him leaving Izetbegovic’s office. She was in the hallway waiting for the interview and had little chat with Osama. “Nice, polite, quiet man” – she described him.
Bottom line – nobody ever accused Croats from Kiseljak for downing this plane so cut BS.

Kiseljak has been manipulated enough!

Christiane Amanpour publicised on November 1992 visited the small Croatian town of Kiseljak (about 20 miles from Sarajevo) and showed the unusually good life of the population there. The town was full of food, meat, tropical fruit and petrol," yet in Sarajevo, people were dying of starvation". Her conclusion was that because of this, the sanctions should be tightened against the Serbs!

Loosely translated, this states that the G-222 was shot down by 2 SA-9s fired from a hilltop in Croatian controlled territory while on final approach to Sarajevo, in the agreed humanitarian air corridor.

And who is this nobody doing the talking?

If you bothered to read your own links you would find that number of occurrences for Kiseljak is exactly zero. Kiseljak is place where “U.S. diplomat was wounded as she returned to the capital” in July of 1996.

Investigation mentioned in State Department briefing took place but results were not made public. But those results were leaked to some Italian and German newspapers, and those results are as I said: Stinger and Croat-Muslim forces.

Can you tell me what is exactly in “religion of peace” that makes you people so shamelessly invent things?

"Unfortunately, the presidency of Bosnia-Herzegovina and the Bosnian army headquarters were directly involved in this act," he said. "The Srebrenica enclave ... was deliberately sacrificed."

And if you bothered to pull out a map, and had the most basic knowledge of the seige of Sarajevo, you'd see that Kiseljak is not only physically located approximately where 'Lyra 34' was shot down, it was the location of the local Croat military HQ (Ivica Rajic's 2d Operative Group, HVO OZCB*), and figured prominently in stories of profiteering off of the seige of Sarajevo at the time**.

But you can't pull out a map, and you don't know anything relevant, so instead you're repeating your unsubstantiated lie, as if your mere word carried more weight than the Italian Defence Ministry.

What a pathetic display.

Then you have the temerity to accuse me of being Muslim, as if that lie would somehow save your sorry butt, and turn around and declare that I'm the one who's lying, when the facts presented clearly demonstrate the reverse.

Black is white, up is down, and you've got the integrity required to carry on an honest discussion.

Whatever.

I just read this.....there is confirmation that stingers were located in the Balkans from Afghanstan Muh. I personally spoke to the interviewer that did the lie detector test of several Albanians that were in the Bondsteel Holding fac. Whether they were used in this operation, I can't answer. They were there however........

Fact.

They were there however........

Of course they were, Tom: they were captured by the Serbs and used to shoot down all those aircraft that NATO denies ever having lost during Allied Force.

No wonder the West has shut the matter up - it's embarrassing.

Why, if the Leprechaun who administered the sodium pentathol during Slobo's arrival debriefing at the Hague hadn't told me, I would have never known myself.

Har har.

no, the ones I'm speaking of were smuggled in by the Muh. to be used against NATO long after 1999. These were brought in much later for attacks against the UN/NATO forces from Afghanstan....sorry, doesn't wash here.

You're timing is way off.

Hari hari har.....:))) But, in an earlier post you said there were no evidence of Stingers. These were not captured by the Serbs.....what are you talking about? These came in-country in 2002 or 2003.....

The timing doesn't matter, Tom.

The Stingers to the Balkans story is BS no matter what year it's in.

And you might try to get together with the other disinformation artists the next time you're at the SUC convention, so you can at least get on the same sheet of music as far as which way the Balkan SAM trade is supposed to be flowing.

The timing is all that matters. What are you talking about? You clearly do not have the recent events or accurate sequence of events placed properly. The stingers in the Balkans is a fact. I personally talked to the person that conducted the lie detector test on the perps. He discovered two things in several interviews of Albanian terrorist. One, they had acquired stinger missiles going through Bosnia to be used in Kosovo.......This was passed to us in one KFOR Security meeting at Bondsteel during 2002. I actually could locate the minutes of the meeting that they reported this. I returned to the U.S. in 2004, and due to circumstances actually met the person that conducted the lie detector test that discovered this bit of intelligence.

What you declare or state is not correct nor is it of any authority. The SUC convention has more truth than most any other conference or intell gathering.

Hoplite, the stingers in the Balkans is a fact and for me it's not second hand......it's from two distinct sources that are confirmed. The other bit of info was the suicide bomber planning to take out Bondsteel during a lunch period........that is also confirmed.....it was stopped.....due to the same lie detector tech......

Hopelite, don't even try........

By shooting down an Italian UN relief plane with a Stinger missile , attacking and killing French UN troops, and organizing various self-bombings in Sarajevo, the Bosnian Moslem Government in Sarajevo convinced the world "public opinion", that "the Serbs did it". (see David Owen, Balkan Odyssey, pp41-48, pp.255-262 and Lewis MacKenzie, Peacekeeper)
And more
Weapons experts also confirm thet Stingers from Afghanistan have shown up in Lebanon, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Tajikistan. Thus far, the CIA has not succeeded in buying any of the missiles back.
And more, this time from 1995
The drops contained vital, high value supplies: Anti-tank guided weapons to counter Bosnian Serb armour, Stinger surface-to-air missiles. to ward off helicopters, night vision goggles and most importantly Motorola radio sets to allow the ABiH to operate more efficiently in large scale offensive operations.

If Kosovo gets independence, so should Republika Srpska. Since you speak Serbian, check this out: "Bosna je tamnica naroda."
