FNC said 13 - 5 -- Cole, Feingold and Leahy voted with GOP.

"WHO VOTED HOW?.........."
"oops. Feinstein, not Boxer. Hard to tell them apart."
"Cole, Feingold and Leahy voted with GOP."
"Feinswine, Boxer... Same thing "
"I'm surprised about Feingold... who's Cole?"
"I had thought Kohl was a republican."
"You may be confusing Herb Kohl (D-WI) with Jon Kyl (R-AZ)."
"Feingold is from CA..."

WHO'S ON FIRST?

When it gets to the full Senate, let's see if they're smart enough to dodge the nuclear Constitutional Bullet.

Good! In the back of my mind I was concerned we'd have a repeat of the Bolton committee conduct, with some RINO breaking down in tears and putting a hold on things. But Roberts showed he is smarter than all of them.

Whatever happened to "we won't vote him out of committee until the president names O'Conner's replacement"? Another empty threat form UpChuck.

Kennedy voted "No," because when they asked whether or not he wanted to "Confirm" he thought they were asking him "Teddy, with all the booze, can your Mr. Happy ever get "firm," so he honestly said, "No"

Anyone know where I can find the Quote from Justice Ruth-less Ginsberg where she stated "I would rather see a man get nominated to the supreme court than an inexperienced women?"

The Democrats will probably pick any excuse to vote against the next nominee. At least the Republican majority was good for something (provided that they don't bend over for the Democrats) over the next few months.
