ALBANY (AP) - Jeanine F. Pirro, a Republican district attorney looking to unseat Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton, D-N.Y., came under fire Wednesday for portraying Democrats as coddlers of child molesters and murderers. During a speech to Chemung County Republicans on Tuesday night in Big Flats, Pirro continued her criticism of the Democratic-controlled Assembly for its refusal to adopt legislation that would civilly confine violent sex offenders after their prison sentences end.
"That's a difference between Democrats and Republicans - we don't want them next door molesting children and murdering women," said the Westchester County prosecutor, according to Wednesday's Elmira Star-Gazette newspaper.
That drew a sharp rebuke from the Clinton camp.
"Ms. Pirro's comment is an affront to common decency and an outrageous insult to the 51/2 million law-abiding Democrats in our state," said Clinton adviser Howard Wolfson.
((((Ping)))))
She needed to say Democrat "POLITICIANS" as the way she said it insulted Dems in general in a state where they outnumber Republicans 5-3.
If she stands up, backs it up with numbers, and looks like a leader, she might survive.
Pirro is sooooo right.
Ever since women got the right to privacy, fathers and kids cannot know who she is sleeping with and what unwanted guests or agents (AIDS) may come in. Counselling is refused and out of the window.
Another name for unwanted guest is a pedophile.
The Democrat agenda is pedophilia via the PC privacy for women and empowerment back door, as well as hate crime legislations forbidding to associate homosexuality with pedophilia and asking any confrontational question lest we be prosecuted during such as hatecriminals..
Wow, a politician speaking the plain truth. What a concept.
Truth hurts, don't it 'Cankles'?
hertz donut--mmmmmmmm . . . . .
Dem politicians are the worst in this matter. If anyone knows about this stuff it's Pirro. She's gotta watch this though. She needs to say Democrat politicians - not Democrats in general.

U.S. Senate candidate Jeanine Pirro introduced her first radio ad of her U.S. Senate campaign against Hillary Clinton Tuesday, focusing on a proposed state law to deal with sex offenders. Karen DeWitt reports.
All Republicans should be using this argument
Bold words from a politician who champions the mass slaughter of unborn babies.
She spoke the truth and she better not back down - throw it right back in Clinton's face.
Challenge Hilly to prove she's not soft on crime by producing the 900+ FBI files she illegaly has, and discussing how she came to have them, and explain just exactly how she defines "theft", and treason.
Well .. that's what you get when you have your media outlets calling Pirro's husband a crook. The moment the media did that - they opened the door for Pirro to let it fly! I hope she does. Some of this stuff needs to get out in the public arena.
And .. Pirro is correct .. the democrats do pander and excuse criminals - leaving our children exposed to horrible attacks and death. When you're a judge and you can impose 25 years or life to a person who molested 11 children, and you give the guy 5 years PROBATION. What does that tell you.
Listen gang, if there is anything Jeannine Pirro knows about it's crime. You have to give her that. She knows crime outside and inside. Why, her own husband went to prison for signing fraudulent federal income tax returns as she did. Jeannine obviously knows how to put people in prison and stay out herself. Yes give her her due. She sure knows about crime alright.
Remember the only difference between Jeannine Pirro and Hillary Clinton is that Jeannine's husband actually went to prison. Check out Jeannine's positions on issues that conservatives care about. Not pretty.
I know you're going to be bummed, but I don't think Ross Perot is running in 2008...
< sigh >
