Hundreds of cars set alight in 8th night of Paris riots

PARIS (AFX) - Some 400 cars were set on fire in the outskirts of Paris last night, as serious riots in the city's outskirts continued for an eighth consecutive night, the police said.

Police also reported that 27 buses were set on fire at a depot, and that fires were started at a primary school in the district of Stains and at a warehouse in Aulnay-Sous-Bois.

The police also said that for the first time since the riots broke out over a week ago, similar disturbances, although on a smaller scale, took place in other French towns, with several cars being set on fire in Dijon and in the Seine-Maritime and Bouche-du-Rhone regions.

However, the police also said that there were fewer clashes between police and rioters than on Wednesday night.

The riots were triggered last week when two teenagers were electrocuted after hiding in an electrical substation to escape a police identity check in the Parisian suburb of Clichy-sous-Bois.

Not sure that is good news.

I am not even sure it is news at all since the MSM seems to ignore it.

Why were the French police chasing the two who were electrocuted?

You're right.

Europe... and France in-particular, are the governmental-templates our MSM envisions us using in the future. To show France drowning in its own bile would not reassure the stooges who watch their nightly 'talking-points'.

It is quite possible that the next leader of France will be Nicolas Sarkozy. As Minister of Interior in December 2002 he called a meeting of Muslim leaders and gave them two days to reach an agreement on the formation of a representative council of French Islam. A Conseil Francais du Culte Musulman was created and chaired by the Imam of the Great Mosque of Paris. Since then Sarkozy has cracked down on the crazies, and has deported their leaders. He is hard line (and thus is at odds with people like Villepin), and is one of the reason for the riots. When he succeeds Chirac there will be even more problems. By the way Sarkozy is pro-USA and pro-NATO.

Does it matter. Perhaps if the retards stopped we'd have known the reason for the chase.

Not as many confrontations because the police have run away to let the savages burn.

Sounds like LAPD in the Rodney King riots

This is just the Religion of Peace's special way of thanking France for supporting The Great Satan in its war in Iraq.

"Not as many confrontations because the police have run away to let the savages burn. "
.....................................................
The french are facing months of this if they pull out the attacks are bigger on buildings and gov facilities - if they send in police it results in violence and bigger riots. - IF there are no jobs for these N African Muslims - they need to ship them back home. That will not happen.
This will be a great example of a failed EU culture..IRAN ASKS "IS PARIS BURNING?" THis is the future of the west if uncontrolled immigration continues we will all live in a third world hell - except for the Elites who will buy Islands of security and privilege, in a sea of violence and poverty.

"Why were the French police chasing the two who were electrocuted?"

Nope, they saw a checkpoint and panicked, thinking it was for them, so they jumped a fence into a relay station and ZAPPP! The Muzzies think it was the police's fault just for being there in the first place, the real sickening thing is that Devillepin is demanding a full investigation into the actions of the police, he is willing to hang the cops to appease this mob, The french leaders all make me sick.

What do you get when you go hunting with rubber bullets?

- The police also said that for the first time since the riots broke out over a week ago, similar disturbances, although on a smaller scale, took place in other French towns, with several cars being set on fire in Dijon and in the Seine-Maritime and Bouche-du-Rhone regions.

Dijon??? Oh my heavens what about the mustard - somebody save the mustard.

How many rubber bullets does it take to stop a riot?

- None they don't work

Rubber isn't that what is worn to " do you what to" some one, you don't really want to touch?

I get it, the French Police are practicing safe (sex) Law enforcement, they are all using rubber(s) bullets to keep from knocking up the diaperheads - that makes perfect sense now.

WEE WEE I thinks there's zee romance is in the air aye.

Note to President Bush: Do not send troops to France, but when you do no rubber bullets.
