Shep Smith was on his 3PM EST segment and talking with Wayne Simmons about paying for news in Iraq. Somehow the talk changed to Murtha and when Simmons said Murtha had bad-mouthed (or words to that effect) our troops, Shep went ballistic.

He said Murtha never made any comments regarding our troops being exhausted, out of supplies and in general the most recent Murtha slams of the war.

It was scary and had Simmons been on the set, I think Smith would have gotten into his face (a very bad career move, as well as bad for the health).

You shouldn't be surprised he's a lefty big time ,all you have to do is pay close attention to how he reads the news and the slant he puts on it.That's why at 7 PM he gets turned off.

I've just emailed him! I have always liked Shep, but he is losing or has lost it! What is it with the liberal media that they can't stand a tactic that might help win the war? Here in the U.S. the media can print or report half-truths or lies and we are supposed to take it as gospel!

Shep, cracks me up. He can't even read the text on his tele-prompter. I have have enjoyed laughing at his daily reading blunders. I would not be shocked at any wall he might choose to come off of at any given time. On the bright side he ain't no Peter Jennings or Brian Williams.
