I'm very saddened for his family. And I hesitate to post just because it's really a tragedy.

But I read the article. His family wants legislation to ban the sale of pen guns. Why is it that every time someone accidentally shoots himself with a gun...people immediately want legislation to ban guns? It's like proposing banning the sale of cars because they weave & drive off the road and kill their drunk driver. (SUV's excluded because we all know they do "kill" people...the headlines always say so...)

so to get one wouldn't you have to go thru the whole rigamarole of begging the ATF, FBI, local sheriff, fingerprinting, forms, abiding by state laws regarding class3 weapons.. etc, right?
and do we know if this was a legal pen gun or if it was black market?
