Alouette was in a car crash (bruised but OK)

Dear Freepers,
This afternoon I was in a very bad crash. My car is totaled, hit broadside by a pick up truck. thank G-D I have just been discharged from the hospital with just some bruises. I am in a lot of pain, on meds, but I will be OK.
I just want to let you know I am hanging in here, I could use your prayers.
G-D has spared me so I can tell people to drive carefully and stay alert! May you all be blessed with a safe Christmas and Chanukah full of joy and close to your loved ones.

Take it from someone who's spent way too much time in and out of hospitals...don't be shy about getting and taking pain meds!

I'm glad you're OK (sorry about your car) but glad you weren't hurt any worse.
Erm, take the pain meds, you'll be needing them ;)

Recover quickly, FRiend.
When I was in a fairly bad accident (but like you came out pretty much OK), I had problems with nightmares.
I hope you have good drugs so you can get some good sleep for the next few nights.
