I just heard from a local radio reporter (during Rush newsbreak at approximately 1:00 p.m) that Whittington "may have taken a turn for the worse," and was put back into intensive care.

How do we know there was no alcohol? Cheney refused to talk to local authorities until the next day. No point in giving him a breathalyzer then. Every lawyer I've talked to assumes Cheney was too drunk to talk to the cops after the shooting. The next question for the White House should be: Was Cheney drunk?

Everytime I see O'Donnell's name, I'm reminded of his appearance with John O'Neill on Scarborough country and he kept yelping "LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! LIAR! LIAR!" practically over and over again for the entire segment
And, you notice how he says this so that he cannot be sued for slander while at the same time doing exactly that.
