Re: Your attempt to shut down political free speech on the Internet

John McCain, you treasonous bastard, I challenge you or any of your traitorous cohorts to find even one thread, one post, one paragraph, one sentence or even one lousy word posted to this web site that is not fully protected by the First Amendment!

And I will extend that to one chapter, one group, one poster or any group of posters on this forum. Name one assembly, petition, letter, protest, meeting or rally convened, filed, submitted, attended or supported by members of this forum that is not 100% protected and guaranteed as free speech or free assembly by the First Amendment!

Your McCain-Feingold campaign finance reform legislation is a treasonous act. You and your cohorts are attempting to subvert the Constitution of the United States of America, the very same constitution that you swore an oath to defend, so help you God! That makes you a domestic enemy of that great document and a traitor to your country. Yes, and Benedict Arnold was a war hero before he turned traitor too.

How dare you even think that you are qualified to sit in the oval office! Ronald Reagan's office! President? Hah! You miserable excuse for a two-bit political hack, you're not even qualified to shine Ronald Reagan's boots. If you do run, I'm afraid you're gonna be at least one vote short. It'll be a cold day in hell before a traitor like you ever receives my vote. And that's a campaign promise you can take to the bank.

You can take your fascist campaign finance laws and the jackbooted FEC anti-free-speech enforcers you are empowering and put them where the sun don't shine. And if this post is in violation of your unconstitutional law, shove it too!

Paraphrased from In the Face of Evil: Reagan's War in Word and Deed:

The Beast never dies, it simply changes form. The Beast has known many forms: Bolshevism, communism, Nazism, fascism. The Beast has had many names: Lenin, Stalin, Mussolini, Hitler, Tojo, Mao, Pol Pot.

The Beast cannot co-exist with freedom. The very first freedom lost is the freedom of speech, then religion, knowledge and the arts. Anything that empowers the individual must be destroyed. The state must control all.

Power to the state.

Power as an end to itself.

Those who speak out against the Beast are labeled extremists, radicals, warmongers. Churchill, McCarthy, Reagan.

The Beast must be contained, appeased. We must have "Detente" at any cost. Direct confrontation of the Beast must be avoided.

Appease him and pray the wolf may pass our door.

Free speech must die.

The Beast never dies.

McCain is as nutty as a sprayed roach.

I received a "straight talk America" questionaire from McCain today. Haven't had a chance to read thru it yet though.

Jim, I thoroughly agree with you. That's why I resigned my 32-year membership in the Bar of the US Supreme Court as a direct result of its decision in McConnell v. FEC, which upheld by a perverted 5-4 vote the McCain-Feingold Finance "Reform" Act.

And, as soon as the Clerk had confirmed my resignation, I posted here on FreeRepublic, and elsewhere on the Net and in print, my reasons why, in "To the Supreme Court, I Quit!" Although I did not use the phrase "traitorous bastard," I did charge the five Justices who voted for that abomination with "violation of their oaths of office."

Also, you have Freepmail.

Go get 'em, Tiger!

Yes, time for him to retire, but his ego won't let him.

That seems to be a problem with some of the Republican Senators huh?

Please, see that McCain is just so much worse than President Bush...

They aren't even in the same town as far as I'm concerned. The President can be right and he can be wrong on issues. Every President, even the good ones, are both. Signing CFR was wrong. His position on the borders is wrong. Roberts was right. Alito was right. Iraq was right. Tax cuts are right. But I don't believe the Prez is an unstable egomanical traitorous timebomb seeking to control every facet of our lives. Guess who does fit that description? :-)

I'll never forgive McCain's Al Quida Bill of rights, and his backhanded comparisons equating our troops to Al Quida in this war. He can burn in hell for those comments.

Ronald Reagan supported judges like O'Connor.

Reagan's mistakes would be McCain's intentions.

I have to agree with you there.
I have been watching GW this week (taking valuable time from my business to actually listen to his press conferences and speeches in their entirety). I am seeing the person I admire coming out and making his case to us. God bless our President.

Those are all peripherally things. Judicial appointments, we almost got Miers, and the minority dems keep filibustering. Tax cuts are still being debated, attempts at tort reform and school vouchers, nothing happened. Gun control? WI still can't pass the CC laws, and what has the feds done? Besides micromanage states, but lets let the feds micromanage that too, family values? Clinton never had MA pass gay rights while he was president, welfare reform was 10 years ago. attempted ss reform fell flat, ss should be abolished, I'll give you military preparedness, but not the respect, every day is an anti military rant in the news, anti porno? What planet are you on, watch tv lately? The Feds shouldn't be micromanaging states issues. As a matter of fact, the feds budget is a joke, they could slash at least 3/4ths of the budget and still maintain a superior military bar none.

I used to be pro republican. Not anymore. This is not an anti Bush rant, this is an anti republican rant. Bush has done the best he can, and thank God he was president on 9-11, given the circumstances. The house and senate have been screwing us royally. I said term limits, repeal the 17th and I got laughed at. LOL, the last laugh will be on those who believe the house isn't the root cause of our troubles.

Kerry was a war hero too until the Vietnam vets “Swift Boated” his ass. At least one of the guys who worked on that is ready to get the truth out about McCain too. Like they did with Kerry the MSM will try to ignore it but the new media will be too powerful for them again.

>>>And neither one of them are as bad as Reagan was on the amnesty issue.

Get your facts straight.

The McCain-Kennedy bill would give illegals an easy road to citizenship. Bush talks about backdoor amnesty under the guise of a guest worker program. I see no real difference between what Bush and McCain want, and IRCA of 1986 that Reagan signed into law. Except that the IRCA of 1986 was suppose to be a one time amnesty deal for roughly 2-3 million illegals, with serious sanctions for employers who violated the law hiring illegals. Today we have 10-15 million illegals. McCain and Bush both agree illegals deserve special treatment.

Btw, Bush gave his thumbs up to McCain's torture bill.

Those who claim that the GOP needs to be "taught a lesson" fail to realize that once they get it back, we will NEVER see the GOP in power again, at least in our lifetimes; those who say "What difference does it make?" are fools.
