And she said she didn't know where she was because altho there were windows, the glass was frosted and she couldnt see out of it and plus their were curtains.
OK, so what if there were curtains? Cannot curtains be moved aside? Maybe not if you're handcuffed and tied to a chair....
I could tell when she said that part about the curtains that she regretted saying it right away. She realized it made no sense to mention curtains if the windows were frosted anyway.

I hope to God she isn't, but her behavior since "release" has been extremely questionable. Remember that guy who was in the military and was kidnapped, then deserted, then kidnapped, etc. What ever happened with him?

Yes something is really wrong with this picture.

I always thought that it was a setup and the translator was shot because he had knowledge of the plan and they probably weren't sure of his loyalties.
I believe I read somewhere that our government/military is looking for him AGAIN. I think he came home told his incredulous tale and disappeared again.

I don't know about you, but if I were ever kidnapped and feared for my life, was forced to film statements with guns pointed at my head, I don't care how *good* the food was, they could serve me Cordon Bleu quality, I don't know as I could manage to choke down more than enough to keep me alive. I would certainly have too much fear to keep an appetite sufficient to put on 20 pounds in three months.
