Prayer requested for Taxman… Received from Taxman: Thursday morning at 0900, I will have a cardiac catherization procedure performed at the Jax Baptist Hospital I had a TIA (mini-stroke) on Jan 29 As a follow up, my doc recommended I have a cardiac stress test, and I was found to have three types of arrhythmias -- PVCs, PACs and atrial fibrillation, all at the same time So, they are going in to have a look. Risk factor for the cath procedure is low -- depending on what is found, I could have no procedure, a balloon angioplasty or a stent on Thursday. If there is more than 70% blockage in any heart artery, I will have to have open heart surgery for a bypass. Will know about noon on Thursday. Please keep Taxman in your prayers. Blessings trussell |

Thanks so much for that information, Kristinn. I was just coming on to see if there was an update.
An aneurysm? Taxman is going to look back on his TIA as a blessing. Those things can be really problematic, so having it repaired is assuring.
He and his family are in, and will continue to be in my prayers --- especially on Monday.

Our prayers have been answered!
I was released FRom the hospital this afternoon! There will be no surgery. My condition (4.48 cm aortic aneurism and 60% blockage in right coronary artery) will be closely monitored by Jacksonville's finest coronary docs. I am on meds, and surgery is not ruled out -- it just won't happen in the near term, pending good test (CAT scan) results in the coming months.
Thank you so much for your thoughts and prayers. I am convinced that the Good Lord listened to us and answered us on this Good (Indeed, VERY GOOD!) FRiday.
