Dear freepers
The Iraqi documents are revealing the truth about Saddam WMD, his relation to terrorism, and his crimes against humanity. These documents are proving that Saddam had always kept his WMD program reading and running in a secret way waiting the opportune moment to produce large stocks of them. Also Saddam not only had strong ties with terrorists but also his regime was recruiting individuals from the Iraqi military to launch terrorist suicide attacks against US interest.
Despite this smoking guns documents that prove that we right to go and remove Saddam regime, it seems that they are going unnoticed in most of the media except on FR, the blogsphere, the Weekly Standard, and few of our side Talk Radio Shows.
We should not expect the liberal media to embrace these documents and to be the first one to talk about it because just the few documents that we have seen already have shined the light of truth on their lies and the lies of liberals that they have been spewing for the last three years regarding Iraq and President Bush. However we should expect our side of the media, Talk Radio in particular, to be much more involved in spreading the truth and facts that these documents are revealing.
Thus we need to launch “Operation Get The Truth Out” to get the attention of our side of the media first and ask them to cover these very important Iraq documents. If you can please all help on this issue. We need to contact as many on our side of the media as we can and let the Truth Get Out, and once our side of the media start covering it, it will force the liberal media to talk about it as well, and hopefully our Republican politicians will talk about it too.

I shamefully admit that I plan around getting a refund. Somehow getting a big refund is like a big gift that goes straight into my retirement fund that somehow would have gotten spent if I got it in my paycheck. I am morally bad about finances but I still hate writing the government a check.

WRONG. They only deserve a chance if they bring something the country needs. Right now we DON'T need much in the way of unskilled labor.

Well, I started my Conservatism as a Goldwater Anti-Communist. I think Islamo-Fascism is more a danger than even Communism because of the potential messianic potential of an aggressive alien culture. You and I can differ on immigration but on security I suspect we're on the same page.

Ummm...they're not all unskilled. We have quite a few H-1B computer scientists where I work because of a shortage in that area. As to the lettuce pickers, I'm not sure how many family farmers go out of business without guest workers. And many WANT to work and WILL work harder than many citizens I now.
Unskilled labor, as you put it, are filler jobs that usually are reserved for the short bus... what many illegals come here to do, such as construction, is skilled labor... sure, many of these jobs require low skill levels, but most isn't 'unskilled' labor.

I doubt we disagree on immigration all that much. I didn't get to vote till 1988 and soon realized that I didn't share any values with Democrats. I guess I'm a Reagan Republican, although I was still in high school.
I suspect we are same page on most issues, probably share the same vision for the country, and probably only have differences in how to get there.
