Just learned of the Orwellian definition of "cultural racism" you're inflicting on the innocent school children of Seattle. Since you're a tax-funded employee of the culture you're denouncing, you're a hypocrite. Or would you rather live in the 3rd world hellholes that would buy your nonsense? Zimbabwe, perhaps? Does it cause you any twinge of conscience that you have it much better here than you would in any non-white culture?

future time orientation in individuals bothers marxists because the marxists are planning to be the ones who plan your day, to serve their ends. Slaves don't plan their days, masters do. So this marxist talk about future orientation is to make individual future planning, what we all do now, a prohibited UN-PC activity. Once future planning is suppressed and everyone is afraid to do it, the marxists will annoint themselves our taskmasters. All this as marxists see it, not me. I have not read such idiotic socialist gobblygook as this web page on Equity and Race Relations. Anyone who contributed to it should be evaluated for mental health problems, for only an insane person would write such tripe or post such tripe.
IT MAKES NO SENSE! There is no logic or historical relevance to any of the points listed. If followed it will destroy America, the American culture, and put many people in poverty and misery. It professes Anarchy and Balkanization. As that old white racist Abraham Lincoln said “A house divided cannot stand.” Or as Zell Miller has stated “It's obvious to me that this country is rapidly dividing itself into two camps: the wimps and the warriors. The ones who want to argue and assess and appease, and the ones who want to carry this fight to our enemies and kill them before they kill us. And, in case you haven't figured it out, I proudly belong to the latter.”
You should be embarrassed by the following. Under Cultural Racism it states “having a future time orientation, emphasizing individualism as opposed to a more collective ideology, defining one form of English as standard…” So Color me racist if I believe in proper grammar. Color me racist if I want my children to be individuals. And color me racist for thinking about the future.
“Standard English is racist! Ebonics is the answer!”
Then there is the insane liberal speak of mixing and confusing the terms “Race” and “Ethnicity.” I also notice the conflation of race and culture. And if you notice different races, you are racist but if you don't notice different races (i.e. render them invisible), you are also racist. Can't win if you are White unless you voluntarily rip yourself and your own culture to shreds to make others feel better. What an illogical and racist doctrine to foist on kids.
In one paragraph you say that RACE is a “pseudobiological category” then under “Equality” says that
(Equality).. does not focus on group differences based on categories such as race, sex, social class, and ethnicity. So what is RACE is it a usable term or a made up one? You can’t have it both ways, where the term “RACE” if used to push an agenda is good, but bad when it is used to counter your arguments or point out that certain “RACES” have a higher rate of crime.
To say that race is “A pseudobiological category” is complete nonsense. Besides the medical reason for defining race, it is only the bigoted liberal racists that keep using the term to inflame people. According to your liberal speak, people who enter the USA illegally, from all parts of the world, are now classified as a race. For to say your against ILLEGAL ALIENS will now have you qualified as a RACISTS.
The final sentence says it states “In essence, equitable access attempts to create a level playing field between the have and have nots.´ This is SOCIALISM the most deadly thing ever invented by mankind. Socialism has KILLED over 150 million people, and enslaves billions. Further, IT NEVER WORKS no matter where it is tried or how it is administrated. NO one who put this garbage page together can show a large civilization where socialism has worked, in human history. Yet the drug dean radicals from the 1960’s are still out there pushing this deadly ideal.
What scares me is that we have a teachers and a school board that are indoctrinating our children with these failed and immoral ideals. YOU are creating HATE where none existed. YOU use race or heritage or ethnicity as an excuse for failure and attack the very CULTURE that has proven your assertions wrong.
Where on your web page do they mention an appreciation and recognition of the things that unify us as a people? Where do they celebrate the “glue” that holds such a diverse country together like our LANGUAGE, BORDERS, AND CULTURE? Basically the trash posted is nothing by socialist “ White Guilt,” that tries to berate everything WHITE, EUROPEAN, AMERICAN OR MANLY as somehow the worse thing that has happened to mankind, when the exact opposite is true.
This garbage should be IMMEDIATELY REMOVED, and anyone associated with it should be fired and sent for a mental health evaluation.

A pity that some cluster bombs cannot be dropped on that sinkhole of iniquity.
(An interesting side and thought: the concept of future time orientation is very closely linked to the idea that time is linear; the concept of linear time is a Jewish concept. Taking the Jewish origins of these concepts into consideration the question might be asked: are these idiots anti-semites as well as racists?)
