From Julie Smithson :
Wayne Hage is ill with cancer and both he and his entire family are in great need of your prayers. Not just a Nye County, Nevada, rancher, Wayne is also one of the greatest property rights warriors to ever live. He and his beloved wife, Helen, and children Wayne, Ruthe, Ramona, and Laura, along with his late wife, Jean, have fought long and hard, not only for their own property rights and freedom, but for everyone else's, as well. Please pray for this family! From Wayne's Daughter, via the Klamath Basin Crisis Web Site:

Dear Members,
As a great supporter of my father, I felt that you should know some difficult news our family is facing.
Over the past few months, my father has been fighting an aggressive case of cancer. When he first learned of the disease, he did what he has always done in the past, during the difficult times of his life: place the problem in the hands of God.
I admire how well he has faced this challenge. Throughout this journey, he has repeated to us all: If God wants him to continue here in this physical life, then no power on this earth can take him away. If God wants him to leave this life, then no power on this earth can keep him here.
Over the next few days, we will be taking Dad back to Pine Creek Ranch where he so longs to be, in the comfort of his family and friends, and on the land he loves more than any other place on this earth.
We continue to work with the medical information we have, and continue to keep this matter in the hands of God and trust His way. We also would appreciate your prayers. Dad has always believed the power of prayer is the strongest tool we have been given to help us in life. Your prayers for this great man at this time would be greatly appreciated.
Sincerely,
Margaret Hage Byfield

Thanks bro. Wayne ios a couragous patriot...we need a LOT more like him. I think they are out there, across the width and breadth of this land.
Thank you...God bless you and yours for your exercising your faith on Wayne's behalf.
I'm happy today when patriots just speak up.
May God let him live to fight another fight.
Prayers on the way Jeff.
From your lips and heart to God's ear.
Thank you...the more of us who exert our faith on his behalf, the better.
I believe more and more are doing so.
My prayers for Wayne and his family through these trying days. May our Heavenly Father keep them in his loving arms and comfort them
Was my pleasure to pray...
Prayig.
Bless, Oh merciful God, Wayne and Helen and we ask, in Jesus' name for a miraculous healing.
Grant us wisdom to better use the time and life you have given to us and prolong the ones of those that have been faithful.
In Jesus name and for His sake
Amen.
As you know, Rick is recovering from recent cancer surgery. I know, through watching him and listening to his many reflective thoughts and concerns during this trial, that, when a good man comes face-to-face with his mortality, he asks himself, Has my life thus far been well spent? and If the Lord spares me, and allows me to defeat this illness, how can I better spend the time that I have left?
From what I know of him, I believe that Wayne Hage is surely receiving affirming and uplifting spiritual answers to such introspection. He has long been such an outspoken advocate of the right to private property, in an era in which government encroachment in that domain is growing by aggressive leaps and bounds, generally under the guise of environmental concerns and the abuse of eminent domain.
In an era when all too many of us lack the integrity and commitment to look a corrupt system square in the eye, and stand firm for the freedoms we inherited through unprecedented sacrifice on the part of those who went before, Wayne Hage has been a courageous exception to that rule. His boundless dedication to preserving and defending one of our most precious God-given rights renders him a modern-day American hero.
May His faith in God see him through this difficult time. If it be the Lords will, we pray that Wayne Hage might defeat this illness and live to fight further battles and defend other important ground.
And, if it is the Lords will to allow the cancer to take him from us, we pray that more of his countrymen will see fit to take up the banner he has carried so courageously, and for so long and that Waynes remarkable family might know the strength, love, healing and comfort that only He can provide.
