Scarborough would have to answer questions about the strange death of a former staff member in 2001

She fell down and hit her head.

I'm interesting in reading how the pro-Harris sycophants will try to spin this article.

I don't like Harris, but Joe Scarborough is a RINO.

Anyone who would whore it up for paycheck at MSNBC and use his show as a vehicle to be Chuck Hagel-like is worth keeping out of the Senate.

Wow. Either KH is bonkers, or at the very least she has some lkist of real enemies. If people like Rollins worked for her and then gave quotes like these, I'd say both propositions are true. Guess there was a reason people like Jeb bothered to come out against her.

With friends like Rollins, you don't need enemies. He is now working with a total lunatic in NY..and hired Terry Lenzner to do dirty work against Spencer the republican candidate.

I'm interested in reading how interns all just die of natural causes in congressman's offices.

Go right ahead, I can't wait.

Well, I was pro KH until reading this. All I had heard in the past is how the Bushes wouldn't endorse her. Now I can see why.

We have a huge problem here in Florida. Unless some kind of miracle happens, Bill (total airhead) Nelson will get reelected.

Maybe if we can get personalities and personal agendas out of the way, we can find a way of defeating him....but it sure isn't looking good right now.

I thought it was supposed to be the Democrats who are divided.

Senator Bill Nelson at a recent dinner:

"And I specifically told you 'lettuce, tomato, mustard, pickles and no f***ing onion and super-size it'."

I don't think you can call me a "pro-Harris syncophant"---though, who knows? you might---and I've already said her campaign is basically finished. Even so, I would strongly question such a story, and certainly any other Freeper would too if it were about anyone else.

Bottom line is, she's the candidate. Now, unpleasant as that is, it absolutely will not help whatsoever to continue to bash her. If she were a Dem, they would act like nothing is wrong and turn out in droves.

Since I don't live in FL, I can't help her out---but I'd vote for her over that slime DeWhine in a second if I could.

Goodness, but my calendar must be waaaaaaay off. I thought today was July 14, and the primary (where "the candidate" will be selected from among the 4 republicans running) was scheduled for September 5.

Where did the summer go?? ;-)

''She called people she had no business calling. And when confronted with the insanity of her -- I use this term lightly -- `strategy,' she denied it and tried to blame someone else.''

I fail to see the problem.

It sounds like she would fit right in.

Do you see anyone, anyone who will beat her? Anyone? Bueller? Bueller?

So unless someone rises from the dead, she's the candidate.

Yes, I believe that Will McBride stands a very good chance of beating her in the primary, and he already polls better against Nelson than does Harris. With the continuing news this week regarding not only Harris' inexcusable behavior toward Joe Scarborough (which she tried to blame on others), padding her campaign claims about the American Dream Downpayment Act (which she tried to blame on others), and the wholesale defection (for the 3rd time since she declared her Senate candidacy) of her campaign staff leadership (complete with dirt dish on "Katherine Dearest"), I think that Harris is beatable in the primary.

I doubt if she is going to be beat by McBride...I find it interesting that all of a sudden that all thease stories bashing Katherine Harris are popping up here right now...Monday she finds out if she has cancer or not...Allot of the stories being posted are from liberal news sources that have never ever been friendly to her...She has been my Congresswoman for quite a while...She is nothing like what is being protrayed...She is very popular in her district...There is a reason for that...It is also one of the conservatives district in the state...Also has a large retired military presence...She gets lots of support from that group here...Me included...Do me a favor leave the links to the liberal newspapers here in our area off...I know them to well...
