Feds finally release info on 'superstate'
World Net Daily ^ | July 26, 2006 | WND Staff

After missing a deadline, the U.S. Department of Commerce finally has granted a Freedom of Information Act request to obtain complete disclosure of a congressionally unauthorized plan to implement a trilateral agreement with Mexico and Canada that critics say could lead to a EU-style alliance in North America.

The plan is being implemented through an office within the Department of Commerce called the "Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America," under the direction of Geri Word, who is listed as working in the agency's North American Free Trade Agreement, or NAFTA, office.

As WorldNetDaily previously reported, the White House has established executive branch working groups documented on the Commerce website SPP.gov. The Security and Prosperity Partnership, or SPP, was issued as a joint press statement by President Bush, Mexican President Vincente Fox and then-Canadian Prime Minister Paul Martin in Waco, Texas, on March 23, 2005.

Granting of the FOIA request comes after the Commerce Department missed a statutory requirement to respond within 20 businesses days.

The request was filed by author Jerome R. Corsi on June 19.

Corsi said the Commerce Department's compliance with the request is a major breakthrough.

"We're now going to get the documentary evidence to determine if the working groups in SPP.gov are creating new memoranda of understanding and trilateral agreements that under our Constitution should more appropriately be submitted to Congress as new treaties or laws," he said.

Corsi added that if this turns out to be the case, "we're going to present that evidence to the American people and let them make up their own minds."

Freedom of Information Act Officer Linda Bell mailed the "first interim response" yesterday and promises more response as batches of documents are processed, according to Brenda Dolan, a departmental officer.

Robert McGuire, attorney for Corsi, e-mailed Commerce July17, notifying the agency of the statutory violation in its failure to respond. He then received an e-mail from Dolan indicating the request was being processed. But McGuire asserted the response was unacceptable, saying the department "skipped a deadline required by law."

I think I'm already on the list (Due to an earlier ping) but, just in case, Wolfcreek ON! Thanks!

Just from the info I've read so far, this story has deep roots. Texas is on the front line of this battle.

Thanks for the post.

I find it scary when I talk to friends about this 'agenda', they really laugh at me. What they fail to realize is that these efforts by certain people high up in the fed gov and in corporations, banking, insurance, telcom, medical, etc., are dead set on developing an ever stronger means to control the economy and the average citizen through the pretenses of 'the law'.

It really bothers some of the elitists when some individuals are smart enough and rich enough to completely buck the system and expose the BS and the goal.

Between the politicians who are in the hip pocket of the suits with loads of cash and power, with prime examples of laws 'being passed' in Congress and state legislatures at night in empty chambers, as well as the MSM constantly conveniently diverting public attention from what the gov is really doing, I can clearly see 'the agenda' being forced upon us.

The Book of Revelations isn't a whimsical bunch of writing.......it's all coming into play as we type and blog.

Greed and fear are the motivating factors. Orchestrated deception of perceived 'safety' while convincing the American population that loss of freedoms and liberties 'are necessary' in order to provide more safety, global harmony and economic growth. What a crock.

[ Doesn't matter, the files could say that Vicente Fox is scum of the Earth and you all will scream "conspiracy". There's an agenda to keep alive after all. ]

Vincente IS scum of the earth.. The Mexican government is a MOB... and will remain a MOB... always has been always will be... A Mexican politician is scum OR he is dead...

In addendum:

At your leisure, see who all are members, associates, and how many different individuals attend meetings in 2 or more of the below mentioned organizations in some capacity or another.

The North American Securities Administrators Association

The Organization of American States

The Trilateral Commission

The Council on Foreign Relations

Now, stir in NAFTA, CAFTA, etc. several less publicized 'treaties' between 'governments', then tell me honestly there isn't 'an agenda'. How many billions are spent each and every year to fund these exclusive 'clubs'. Each one of the home page links above are an ".org". Another coincidence?

At the moment it is still paranoia... I'll reserve my full opinion until more information is available ... just running spouting off the government is trying to undermine the constitution is a serious charge ... so I'm waiting for more information... until then, I chalk it up under the same column as the kooks who believe 9/11 was planned by our government.

Michael Medved thinks the Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America is as wholesome as mother's milk and anyone with reservations about it is a conspiracy kook.

All Americans are bound by any international treaty our government makes...even when that treaty violates our Constitutional rights. Think 2nd amendment.
