Let's see how long she would get away with desecrating a Koran on stage.

We should pray for the poor girl's soul.

"Knock off the Christ-bashing," Catholic League president Bill Donohue said in a statement. I love it.
I only wish Frank Sinatra could be reached for comment. "That dame better watch it, or she'll be eating a knuckle sandwich, courtesty of the Chairman of the Board."

"Madonna does not think Jesus would be mad at her, as his teaching of loving thy neighbor and tolerance is Madonna's message as well. So, any bets on how long after Madonna departs this vale of tears that she'll be canonized?

Maybe Madonna should check out what Jesus did to the money changers in the Temple...

Yeah, we should. But she ain't no girl and she ain't poor. Madonna is a calculating, amoral woman who scores huge amounts of money the more scandalous she becomes. She knows what she's doing.
Madonna has also encouraged a generation of young ladies around the world to dress and act like tramps.
What the heck, I'll still say a "Hail Mary" for her. But I don't know how it will be received!

Well, I was using figures of speech you know. We are all boys and 'girls' in a sense viewed from God, and we are all 'poor' (at least those living lives destined for eternal damnation). That is what I meant. Otherwise I'd have to agree with all you observed.

Blasphemy for a cheap showbiz gimmick.
I'm not impressed.
If she dies and ressurrects in three days, then I'll be impressed. She won't.

Anyone who climbs up on a cross is courting certain self destruction. Look at what just happened to Mel Gibson.
Madonnoa's foolishness is not only ill conceived, but she is sure to succumb to some mental or physical malaise.
Getting on the cross will assure that she will have every futuire opportunity to offer herself for the salvation of others, whether she wants it or not.
Mel did not rise to the occasion, and Madonna obviously has no hope of being Christ, although she wants to make the attemp and have us worship her, which is what this is all about.
Megalomaniacs both.

maybe on her deathbed she will publicly recognize the large blanket of black she spread around the globe in the 1980s and onward....contributing to the moral decay of whole societies and helping corrupt the minds of so many young women--and getting her pieces of silver for her efforts. wow, what an inspirational legacy! /sarcasm

She's keeps pulling out this crap for effect and the stupid media keeps buying it. She's a smart woman who has made a name for herself in this world. I hope she catches an incurable form of yeast infection.
