I agree she is sick and hanging from that crucifix could be the way she sleeps at night -- her own beautyrest mattress. This antic reminds me of Peter O'Toole's character in the movie, The Ruling Class. It's probably where she got the idea.

Saw Madonna on a British talk show last week. She looks awful! Not a good looking woman at all. She was spewing her pearls of wisdom with a fake English accent. It was quite embarrassing.
