The Passion of the Toys
In Platoon, Oliver Stone said the first casualty of war is innocence.
He was wrong.
As the photos here show, the first casualties of war are...the symbols of innocence. And photographers from Reuters and the AP just happened upon many of these perfectly placed symbols of war's horrors.

From the Disney store in downtown Beirut to Hezbollah-held land in South Lebanon.
You could probably do a check of his credit card and show that he purchased them a few hours earlier.

Remember last year when Hurricane Katrina knocked her right off the front page, and she got miffed about it? She learned her lesson about getting upstaged by events. The best she can do anymore to get attention is to attach herself to the White House grounds or to Crawford, Texas in August when the media is down there with nothing better to do than take pictures of her and her 15 moonbat buddies.

I finally found one! A rare photo of bomb site that looks like it is being authentically searched. I suspect it's their house. The boy is carrying some unphotogenic object, red shirt is seems to be rescuing a possibly salvagable refrigerator condensator. Not staged imo.
