JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia (AFP) - Saudi Arabia warned against accusing Muslims of terrorism and fascism, in an apparent reference to US President George W. Bush's claim that the United States is at war with "Islamic fascists".
The Saudi government "called on everyone to realize that terrorism has no religion or nationality", said a cabinet statement carried by the official SPA news agency.
It "warned against hurling charges of terrorism and fascism at Muslims without regard to the spotless history of Islamic civilization", the statement said.
"What Islam is being accused of today, like fascism, is primarily a Western cultural product," it added, calling for close international cooperation to combat terrorism.
The Saudi government, a close ally of the US, did not elaborate, but its remarks came four days after Bush said that his country was "at war with Islamic fascists who will use any means to destroy those of us who love freedom, to hurt our nation".
Bush made his comments after Britain announced it had disrupted an alleged terror plot to bomb planes bound for the US.
"Spotless history?" Wow! These guys are completely delusional! And "Islamic civilization?" What the heck is that? What have the "Islamic civilizations" given the world in the last thousand years, or so? Other than terrorism, of course.

Spotless? Okay, how long do I have to wait to see if Islamics recognize Israel's right to exist? How about Islam leaving the U.S.A. and Israel alone and not harming citizens of these two nations? Nope, lots of spots/stains on Islam's history of attacking others, and forcing conversion to that gutter religion called Islam.
Terrorism is the fruit, islam the root.

This statement alone is proof positive that Muslims are mad. Their temperament is such that I truly believe that if they were the only ones left on the earth, they would kill each other until the earth was empty rather than live in peaceful coexistence.
