Thanks for the insults.

I don't think Gingrich is to the left of Giuliani. He doesn't support "gay rights", oppose the Second Amendment or support illegal aliens. To my knowledge he never endorsed a Democrat. I don't know what you are referring to vis-a-vis Hillery, But "Rudy" actually came out and supported Cuomo and Florio, two extreme leftist Democrats for office, whiule he was ostensibly a "Republican" mayor.
Now he presents himself as Mr. Republican. Rudy also traveled the Country with Bill Conton, hawking his bogus "crime bill," when Clinton was President and "Rudy" was the "Republican" mayor of New York.

It will take more than a few re-runs of him on TV ,stalking through New York City after 9-11 with his arrogant chin out, before he sells in real Red Republican States - and jusitifably so.

Tancredo hasn't really been heard much on other subjects. The campaign season is early. But his message about stopping illegal invaders - a message too many Republicans, including the one in the White House, and most Democrats as well have ignored - RESOUNDS with most native born Americans who resent their neighborhoods being converted into Barillos, and naturalized American citizens who feel robbed by the fact these line jumpers got in scot free while they played - AND PAID - by the rules.

"Rice has never held an elected office, does NOT want to be president, has never been married, and more people would NOT vote for her, than would; even registered GOPers."

Eisenhower never held elected office, neither did Hillery Clinton, neither did a lot of elected officials in the past and present. A LOT of people SAY they don't want something but that doesn't mean they don't. What the hell does being married have to do with one's qualifications for President? She is VERY popular with MANY Republicans and Independents. She's bright, classy, VERY intelligent and far better spoken than most people on the political stage.

Rice would be the Democrats worse nightmare - an intelligent, well-spoken, black woman who believes in the Second Amendment and in America.

I think YOU have demonstrated how little YOU know about politics.

FAGHAG??????

I guess you Giuliani people demonsrate exactly where you come from - the sewers of New York.

Grow up. If you can't argue like an adult, maybe you should consider keeping your mouth shut.

"Rudy still hasn't figured out the Rudyphiles are his biggest liability?"

Be careful!!

Rudy can change colors like a Chameleon. If he thinks he has to moive to the right to be President, he will try to appear to do so, just like his equally egomaniacal clone in New York, Hillery Clinton.

But underneath they are both the same philosophical liberals they always were.

Rudy's foray into Southern territory (as a proving ground to show he could rally conservatives) was a big flop. Georgia's Ralph Reed lost amid pics of Rudy glad-handing Southern voters.

Ultra-liberal NY Governor Mario Cuomo also lost after being endorsed by Rudy.

Maybe he'd have better luck endorsing candidates for dog-catcher.

My, how soon you have forgotten Newtie's actions, when he was Leader. You'd better go read up on him...ASAP

IIRC, Rudy gave a nod to Cuomo, but NOT Flim flam Florio and yes, that IS something I WOULD remember. So, go look that up, find it, and CCP it to this thread. Frankly, your word about anything about Rudy is highly suspect.

Newtie the one side and Billyboy Clinton, the other, of the same coin.

And Ray Naygon ( sp? ) has heaped praise on President Bush the younger. Mayors, who want something, do that.

It'll take far more than me and FR to get you up to speed and cure you of your penchant for posting about things and people you know almost nothing at all about, I fear.

Yeah, Rudy is a good little lapdog----he'll do whatever his masters want him to do. He'll rollover, and sit up and pant, if necesssary, in order to gain power. Rest assured Rudy always does his duty----he can stick his head so far up his handlers backsides, it'll take emergency surgery to get it out.

I AM "arguing like an adult"; unlike you and your ilk, who are coming off ( especially on this thread ) like a pack of 12 year olds.

"He isn't "my candidate"; little Miss Closet Queen of FR.

Actually, I haven't a "candidate" I favor for the GOP presidential candidate of '08.

But what I will not stand, is for you and your ilk to post lies, libel, and innuendos about anyone.

I'd tell you to go buy a clue, but I doubt you can afford to."

LOL! You claim we "post lies, libel and innuendos about anyone" and look what you posted! Accusing people with libel without anything to back it up is a serious matter.

Rudy Giuliani is a public figure, and he has brought on the
negative comments about himself by his past actions.

I love your posts, nopardons. I'm glad someone out there remembers the Rudy years as well I as do (even the awful 5th Ave. pedestrian rules and the Cuomo endorsement!)

Do you remember the caller on his radio show who dared to whine about her convicted murderer son's lengthy prison sentence and Rudy went off on her good - calling her a lousy mother? Oh, how I laughed!)

And how he had such an unmitigated liberal reputation in NYC that his nickname was "Mussolini"??

For the record, I have met Guiliani briefly on at least 3 private occasions. He was always a gentleman while Koch was very high-handed.

I was there Charlie. Giuliani supported Florio for Governor of New Jersey when he ran against Chrissie Whitman.

His support for that gargoylesque left wing nut Mario Cuomo was alone unforgivable.

Give it up.

Giuliani won't sell - in the primary OR general election.

Let's not waste bandwidth responding to intellectually facile posts. Waste of time.

Be confident in the knowledge that social conservatives have strength, power, and right on their side.

"A love for tradition has never weakened a nation, indeed it has strengthened nations in their hour of peril." - Sir Winston Churchill

Too bad vacuous Rudy and the ding-a-lings don't get it.

Uh... Yeah, I've been here a long time and No, aside from being an idiotic left-wing cook,, I don;t know what Barbara Streisand means.

If you think a guy who has called for national testing and registration of firearms can win an election in real America, you are dilusionsal.

If you think his record of pandering to homosexuals and illegal invaders will sell, you are dilusional.

Are you sure you're a Republican conservative, or just some New Yorker who wants a homeboy in the White House?

Nerdy Rudy reminds me of the sappy friendless creep that followed around the popular high school kids with the best grades and all the hot friends---the nerd hoping to bask in their aura.

The popular kids were too nice to shoo away the nerd-----so they just put up with him.

Nerdy Rudy is trailing around savvy conservatives--- people he knows can make or break an election---- hoping some of the conservative aura will rub off on him and, that he'll get political traction to win a couple primaries.

The clock is ticking on Rudy----conservatives will tolerate only so much from this Rudy nerd.

Giuliani got the nickname Mussolini for being an arrogant, pigheaded fascist.

This is the guy who believes in National registration of all guns, and wants a national test to own a firearm.

This is the guy who showed up in a public event dressed in drag, and marched in a gay pride parade.

This is a guy who endorsed Democrats in two gubernatorial elections while ostensibly a Republican mayor.

This is a guy who drove bagel and hotdog vendors out of business to satisfy his buddies who ran upscale restaurants.

This is a guy who pronounced ferrets wild animals and as such illegal to own in New York.

This is a guy who continued the policies of predecessors in refusing to cooperate with INS in apprehending illegal aliens.

Did he clean up Times Square? Sure. But so could have Mussolini, Hitler, or any other autocrat. It qualifies him as a great police chief, not a President.

Before 9-11 he was one of the most unpopular mayors in New York for his high-handed arrogance.

He followed Bill Clinton around like a lapdog - ALL OVER THE COUNTRY - pushing Clinton's anti-Second Amendment "Crime Bill".

Rudy is a phony, an arrogant autocrat, a man in love with himself and a character unfit for National Office.

He's an archetypal RINO.

ZULU, you hit them below the belt here. I wouldn't be surprised if they are all Rudy Giuliani staffers.
