Unbelievable. And their beer sucks too.

As was the case in most European countries, there were obviously more than a few sympathizers and accomplices in Belgium...and who knows how many of them hold,or held at one time, prominent positions in Belgian society.

Some of this happened as recently as the late 1990s. I suppose noone bothered to check Sandy Berger's pants. (sorry)
I imagine there will be more of this kind of "history erasing" as time goes on. Unbelievable is right.

What Belgium did is deplorable.
(But their beer most certainly does not suck!)

Totally. However, Belgium did give us "Juju", the cutest (and best) tennis player around today for my money. The French-speaking part, too.

I like Belgian beer. I suspect you are going to lose this vote off.

No, I've had some really good Belgian beer and some really bad Belgian beer. My favorite so far is St. Feuellian (sp). The kriek (cherry) isn't too bad either if you like flavored beers.

Too funny; after drinking some of this Belgian beer, some American beer taste like water. I'm getting spoiled.

Is this the "tree falls in the woods" version of revisionist history?
If a sadistic dictator kills six million people and there are no records of it did it really happen?
