And to think our good soldiers gave their blood for this....a sell-out "leader" in Iraq. This is beyond comprehension.

Iraq's president said Wednesday he had reached a security agreement with Iran,

Iran will rule Iraq. The US can get out, but when the Iraqi killing starts, we'd better do nothing but watch. It's out of our hands once Iraq surrenders to Iran.
We did more than our fair share to set them up with a decent government after we took out Saddam for our own defense. If they surrender to a mad man, let them reap what they've sown.

This all smells really bad. Iran has been the major sponsor of terror for the last 26 years, and has a hand in all that has happened in Iraq. Now they denounce terrorism, and will help? There is no end to the gullibility of American and Western "accomodationists", particularly in our State Department. This will lead to World War.

This is the reality of telling the Iraqis we want out - not them getting the message as the democrats claimed. Oh, they got the message alright, and they will seek a protector in Iran because we are punking out.

As best I can tell there is no longer a WOT in the Middle East. We have now accepted Syria and Iran although they sponsor terrorism. We are not positioned to take out the Iranian nuke program.

I think Bush long ago wimped out, he sidelined Cheney, tossed out Rumsfeld, the Neocons left. We now are into "finding a way out." Absolutely pathetic and ineffective.

"Iran's president called on countries to stop backing terrorists in Iraq and for America to withdraw....Ahmadinejad, vowed that Iran will stand by its Iraqi brothers, saying 'no one can divide nations of Iran and Iraq.'"

We need to bomb the daylights out of Ahmadinejad and his Iran N-O-W!!!

Gosh, at least now Reuters, the AP, and others don't have to pay for reporters, they can outsource them.

Guys like the Green Helment guy in Lebanon, and others. Just think, these big media organizations can save lots of money just printing stuff from the Iranian Press Service, and the DNC.

And they wonder why the media is trusted less than politicians, and they are bleeding advertising dollars and readers (slap me in the face!!!!).

Tehran, Nov 29, IRNA
Iran-Iraq-Regional Peace

President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad said here Wednesday that a powerful Iraq and Iran would serve regional peace and security.

Addressing the Iraqi nation in a joint press conference with his Iraqi counterpart Jalal Talabani, he said the Iranian government, as before, strongly stands by Iraqi nation and intends to put all its experiences and knowledge at the disposal of Iraqi nation.

Describing Iraq as a nation with deep-rooted civilization, he said the enemies of Iraq are determined to weaken the country and prevent formation of a powerful Iraq and seek to sow the seeds of discord and enmity.

"We all should strive to forge unity among Iraqi nation," he said.

Addressing the Iraqi nation, he said that the country's hardliners intentionally or unintentionally take actions which would harm the unity of the country. He called on the people to advise them first and if they refuse, to agree to oust them.

Talabani was earlier in Iran after the downfall of former Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein and the establishment of a new government in the country.

As head of the Iraqi transitional government, Talabani paid his second visit to Iran on November 21, 2005 at the head of a politico-economic delegation.

Iran and Iraq have expanded ties and cooperation in various fields in recent years.

The two countries signed a memorandum of understanding on promoting political and economic ties and the reconstruction of Iraq during a visit by Iraqi Prime Minister Nuri al-Maliki to Tehran in September.
