I total agree with your description of Carter.

It's about time Jimmuh actually heard what a lot of people really think about him, although it was too bad the host cut the caller off before he could finish. Too many times, idiots like Carter are insulated from this type of criticism and seem to be genuinely shocked to find out not everybody loves them.
