Does anyone remember the great grilling Boxer got on when it was OK to kill a baby? I think it was during the partial-birth abortion debates in the 90's. Boxer was so flustered she sounded like an idiot, but I believe she admitted it was OK to kill a newborn up until the time it left the hospital after birth.
