NewsBusters readers are certainly aware of the controversy created by ABC’s docudrama “The Path to 9/11.” In fact, we reported extensively on this issue here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here.
To bring people back up to speed, the left and former President Bill Clinton went absolutely berserk the week before this program aired due to some of the content. In fact, it culminated in ABC finally giving into all the pressure, and cutting some scenes from the final version aired.
Of course, it also resulted in Clinton blowing a gasket on Fox News Sunday a few weeks later as reported by NewsBusters here, here, here, and here.
Well, after four months of keeping these scenes from the public, they finally were aired on “Hannity’s America” Sunday evening. Hot Air has the video here.

I agree. I saw nothing new -- just more of the same. Berger looked like a lily-livered incompetent. And my sympathies went to the men in the field who were trying to co-ordinate the hit. I thought they avoided linking Clinton too hard.
You'd have to find a non-liberal journalist first, and after that thankless task, get past the handlers that would keep such a journalist far away from the Beast.

I felt the same about the guys in the field..Don't you know that had to be a big let down..All Sandy Berger is good for is to shred documents ands stuff his pants...Why hasn't that criminal gone to jail..The thing is though I got the point about Clinton being the cause of the whole thing...
The first thing we need to do is not find a journalist with guts,but we have to find one that isnt voting for Hillary.

Former State Dept Official Sentenced for Improper Handling of Classified Documents
A former high-level State Department official was sentenced to a year in prison for improper handling and storage of more than 3,500 classified documents. The papers were found at his Fairfax County home. Prosecutors said Donald W. Keyser possessed far more unauthorized classified documents than any government employee ever prosecuted by the Justice Department. Keyser is one of the nation’s leading experts on China and was a top adviser to Colin L. Powell, former secretary of state.
State Department spokesman Ken Naught brushed off Keyser’s contention that the sheer volume of documents prevented proper protocol from being followed. “Knowledgeable people keep such documents in their underpants, like Sandy Berger did,” Naught said. “That’s why Berger goes free and Keyser goes to prison.”

On H&C one evening last week they were discussing last night's show--there was someone else sitting in for Hannity, I think Chuck Norris--anway, Colmes of course said, "But Sandy Berger said it never happened!" Bill Sammon, also there, would not let that one go, and reminded everyone of Berger's last burglaries.
It was a good show, and I wish (how I wish!) it would change minds in this country--but I doubt that it will. Sad, but most of the US would rather watch some little snippet about the latest Paris Hilton scandal--or videos of girls beating up other girls.

Ditto. I don't criticize the film and television industries for reflecting the evil aspects of American society as much as many do because they really are just reflecting a popular view of society. Presidents are supposed to be better than that. BJ was content to mimic the entertainers. His "genius" was to create an image that kept a majority of Americans comfortable with the state of the world. Why so many of us fell for his line of BS is a question I can't answer.
It's disturbing that the current version of history claims that only a couple of minutes were cut.
Do the producers of the program have copies or even scripts of what was originally produced, filmed and intended to be shown until a day or two before broadcast? There must be copies of this stuff somewhere.
Sandy Burglar should be cooling his heals in a federal penitentiary for the crimes he committed against the country. There must be some very interesting information on the documents he stole from the National Archives.

Does anybody know if this movie will be released on DVD? My husband was in Afghanistan when it was on TV, and could not watch.
I did see that last night,but also saw the ABC version...I found nothing out I didn't already know..Bill Clinton had 13 chances to get the Osama and passed them up....
That is because you are lucky enough to be well informed. Too few people in this country are that informed. The scenes that were cut from the film would have opened many eyes.
The Democrats as a whole are as much to blame as Clinton. Remember, he was responding to polls, not meeting the issues head on. The Dems wanted peace at any cost. We are paying for it now.

She won't escape if people keep shining the light of truth on her. But the Left is powerful, as seen this weekend, and they have a short memory. People see these massive demonstrations and start questioning themselves. They want to fit in too. Without critical thinking and backbone, people buy into the Left's lies. Where were they when President Clinton launched Bosnia and Kosovo? (insert crickets singing here)
I know I am lucky to be up on the real news not what the MSM wants me to think..I agree that it would help some but how many saw it?It should be aired on some local channels then maybe more people will see the truth..

ABC succumbed to threats from the left to thier Free Speech rights. No Non-DNC approved speech can be allowed where it regards the Clinton Dynasty.

Call me crazy, but I thought they did show that scene in the movie? It's the one where Burglar wimps out and Amy Madigan's character tries to convince him to let them take out Bin Laden, right?
The left is really good (with their DBM allies) at hiding any damaging truth. The repeated words "copies" makes most people think it's no big deal. Only people who read websites like this even know that the copies of which they speak had handwritten annotations on them which make each an original.
