Marwan El-Hindi was accussed of plotting attacks on American Troops back in 2005/2006.
El-Hindi is associated with the Al-Quran Was Sunnah Society and which is head quartered in Detroit and has mosques in Toronto. El-Hindi is associate with Imam Al-Hallack from the society.
Al-Hallack is/was the spiritual advisor to Osama Bin Laden aid El-Hage. El-Hage is serving a life sentence for the bombing of the African embassies. He was Osama Bin Laden's personal secretary.
Marwan El-Hindi is also connected to Kind Hearts which was raided for funneling money to Hamas.
Money from the clinics would be going to terrorist organizations.

I live near there and anytime I drive through the Western half of Lackawanna, I might just as well be driving through Yemen. It is a haven for muzzies. There are mosques and Arab writing everywhere, they have even taken over the Charter Schools and driven out all the non-muzzies. If they aren't part of the Terrorist Network then something is wrong with the intel gathering that made this map. They even have a rural training camp a hundred miles or so away just south of Binghamton NY.

A recent terrorist trial, and conviction, of an Islamic terrorists in New York City brought out the extent to which police have infiltrated Moslem communities in order to uncover terrorist plots. While most of this counter-terrorist activity within Moslem communities is kept secret, enough information has leaked out to make it clear that it's no accident that the United States has not suffered another terrorist attack since September 11, 2001.
There is an extensive informant network within Moslem communities all over the United States. The FBI was pleasantly surprised right after September 11, 2001, by the number of calls they got from American Moslems, reporting suspicious events in their communities, or volunteering to keep an eye on things

The majority of Muslims is peace-loving, so they say. Does the majority mean 5%, 7% or what? To me the majority means more than 50%, but I have a hard time accepting that more than half is nonviolent when I read the news, at home and abroad. Enlighten me, please.

I don't think that your recommendation will even be considered by Congress and/or Administration.
