Reading Hillary Rodham's hidden thesis(Freerepublic Mentioned)

Despite the fervent interest in the thesis, few realize that it is no longer kept under lock and key. As MSNBC.com found, it is available to anyone who visits the archive room of the prestigious women’s college outside Boston. With Clinton’s opponents in the 2008 presidential race looking for the next “Swift Boat” attack ad, and the senator herself trying to cast off her liberal image, Clinton's 92-page thesis is certain to be read and reread by opposition researchers and reporters visiting the campus. But can an academic paper from nearly 40 years ago really unlock the politics and character of any former student, much less the early Democratic front-runner for the White House? This is your chance to decide before the political spin machines get their hands on it. snip.. Just last month, an anonymous commentator lamented on the conservative Web site Free Republic, "She's a Marxist. Saul Alinsky's student. I sure wish we could unearth that sealed thesis of hers that she wrote at Wellesley."

Welsley is driving distance, but their library is open only during the week.

Remember when The New York Times tried to penetrate the cloak of confidentiality around the adoption records of a certain Supreme Court justice?

I remain skeptical.

I also remain quite skeptical.

Why would Hillary's senior thesis be locked away in the first place, and then, why would it be eased into public availability?

I suspect most strongly that some America-hating and subversive text may have been replaced or simply omitted.

I wonder if the archived original would stand up to forensic scrutiny.

If Wellesley were to refuse a request for a forensic analysis for authentication, or if the original turns up somehow "missing", I would not be surprized.

.

Times-Roman IBM Selectric superscript, anyone?

Hey, it almost worked for Dan Rather!

The MSNBC piece seems like nothing but a PR campaign for Hillary. Something that someone paid a lot of money for. She'll be beat bad. I almost feel sorry for her. She's like a used up, has been, already.

I fully agree with your posts #14 & 15. Hillary at 22 must have been a real treat - a whiney leftist moron without a resume.

I'd hate to be audited or winde up dead in Ft. Marcy Park....lol.

Don't worry, we'll make sure that you get a prompt burial, unlike the Godfather of Soul and Ms. Smith. And think about it, you'll go into the history books. See any problems?

Yes, HARXIST as CINC

would only be worsened by her gleefully handing it over to the literal AntiChrist, himself.

Mgist, my FRiend, I wish I shared your optimism that Hillary will be so easily defeated.

Consider a few things in her favor...

1. Media (entertainment (T.V., News, Radio, Music). They will promote Hillary and ridicule the Republican at every turn. You will be literally sickened at all of the poor victims with no health care stories. Consider that they will attempt surely something clever new to convince mid-continent and west-coast "red state" voters that all is lost on election eve, and there is no need for GOPers to go to the polls.

2. Schools (teachers giving oblique voting instructions to students and parents). It's bigger than one might think.

3. Labor Unions driving voters to multiple precincts, assisting illegal and even dead people in registration and voting.

4 And of course, the demographics. Dick Morris (oddly enough) has it exactly right when he says that Hillary will have an especially large lock on the female vote.

5. Hillary will most likely clandestinely sponsor a third party "spoiler" candidate to split the GOP vote. Whomever she chooses, it will seem as if it was a spontaneous independent candidacy, and that she had nothing to do with it. (I believe that John Sidney McCain will run as Hillary's third party spoiler out of spite that we did not nominate him.)

Does this mean that she will win?

Only if we allow ourselves to become either over confident, or if we loose hope and give up. It will take much work to defeat Hillary. We will all need to coalesce around the GOP candidate (even though he or she might not be our choice in the primaries).

Anything less than a maximum effort, and we will have our first Marxist president, and private property will be next politically incorrectness.

Here's Barbara Olson's take on Hillary's thesis, a copy of which was in her possession.

I haven't read all the articles or your link, which I've seen before, but what I heard today was that she originally didn't believe in 'big government'.

That her thesis views were anti to Dem agenda! Think I've got that right.

Wonderful post. You sure found one ugly picture of her, lol.

I've said before that she improved with age [ and probably a lot of help] lol.

A little history to go with this thread topic

Note little changed of her deliberate appearance there from then until late 80s

Then she reluctantly changed her appearance and her last name: "Do anything for power!"

But before Saul Alinsky she looked different
