Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA) chairs a House Oversight and Government Reform Ctme. hearing on the disclosure of CIA Agent Valerie Plame Wilson's identity. The hearing will look into whether White House officials followed appropriate procedures for safeguarding the identity of Ms. Wilson.

Davis is doing a good job putting the blame back to the CIA. She keeps saying "I'm not a lawyer". One thing new is that she's saying she has traveled overseas secretly and covertly within the past 5 years???
No. Given her position, she has to deal with other USG agencies. I am sure that many outside the CIA knew her name. The fact that she didn't even bother to change her name indicates to me that she was not covert in the real meaning of the word.
This is going to backfire on Val and the RATS!!!
So far, all I've heard is democrat praise for attacking the administration and her past history. Was she covert when her husband outed her or not? Let's get on with the facts. This is getting boring already.
I just heard that in 1999, she outed herself supporting Al Gore ( We already knew that). Why aren't the Republicans this bold? If the Republicans pass up this chance to get out the facts, they don't deserve the jobs they've been given, for sure! This one should be a piece of cake for them!

She says she wanted to go back overseas when the kids were older..
She's being very coy about her employment. She tried to dodge the question about whether or not she had ever been told that she was designated as a covert agent.
Admits her ability to be promoted was not damaged.

She just said that the possibility of being undercover in Europe again, when the TWINS are older is gone because of this....LOL
If she wasn't officially undercover, no one told her she was undercover, and she didn't even know she was undercover.. then all this is akin to a 12 year old imagining they are James Bond..
Well, if that isn't definitive proof I don't know what is! /s
