Criminy, I guess the crocodile really didn’t like needles.

Holy crap!
That arm looks pretty mangled, I wonder if they can successfully reattach it.

My first thought was to look for a Timex.

Good grief! That croc was dangerous to begin with, and then he became armed and dangerous.LOL. Armed and dangerous.

I agree, if the croc went that far he would have swallowed it.
I also don’t think he’d be holding it that way, and the hand would be slightly open, not clenched.
I know their teeth are pointy, but I don’t think they cut like a shark’s.
Nice try, photo’s kinda cool

Ouch.
A couple of our dogs jumped a porcupine a few nights ago. I found some little bits of fur and quills they managed to tear off on the path, and two of them had quills in their noses.
We managed to get the quills out of their noses with a pair of pliers, but they also had a few in their tongues. After trying unsuccessfully to remove those—warning, do not try to remove quills from the inside of even the friendliest dog’s mouth—we took them to the vet’s to be sedated.
Bad enough trying to mess around inside the mouth of a dog with the best of intentions. I do NOT recommend trying it with a large crocodile.

The croc clamped down and then began rolling. Probably torn off at the elbow.

Why didn't the croc swallow the arm?
Why wasn't it being sedated inside a more secure area?
Why didn't the croc submerge, rather than posing for the paparazzi?
