Sure they will. Right after they apologize for Walter Durant and return that Pulitzer Prize.

I’m sure they are standing in line to apologize, right behind Nancy Grace, Je$$e Jacka$$ and Al $harpton...

No! Times won’t apologize because it would do nothing to advance minority injustice. These is why Al and Jesse will keep their mouths shut.

REVERSE the races, change the sport, and you have the Kobe Bryant "rape" hoax all over again.

Totally wrong! On so many counts I won't even begin.

The real question is whether CGM and Liefong will go to prison. Until both happen, justice is absent.

All this could have been avoided except for the fearsome, intimidating power of radical man-hating feminazis who search and destroy all opposition.

“Newspaper of record” is BS promulgated by liberals with an axe to grind. The Times should be shunned.

No one will apologize with a civil trial hanging in the air. Everyone’s just holding their breath wondering how big the hammer’s gonna be.

Oh how I wish the upcoming civil cases were being held in my court, I have always wanted to say: “And I find for the plaintiffs, ten quadra zillion dollars each.”

These young men deserve a huge award and those being sued deserve bankruptcy!

Just one little judge in Alabama's opinion.

Will the Times make reparations now?

Are the Duke LaCross players terrorists? Then the answer is no. The Times will not apologize or make reparations. They're too busy looking for troop movements to give to the terrorists.

But the biggest losers may be the ones you'll never hear about. These are the genuine victims of sexual assault: women who don't fabricate tales of brutality, or seek out the richest, whitest men to falsely accuse of forcing them into sex.

All the more reason why Ms. Mangum should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Why should genuine victims suffer in the future because of some misplaced sensitivity to Ms. Mangum's delicate mental state?

I’ll repeat myself... I dislike lawyers intensely, having been a key player in a civil suit once, but in this case I hope that the three lacrosse player go after every single person, organization, and group that defamed, slandered, or libeled them. Do not be nice. Get those bigoted Duke professors on the stand to testify about their hatred of certain races and nationalities. Pillory the accuser. Sue the crap out of the Times, CNN, and anyone else who put the players in a “false light.” Especially go after anyone who hung up a poster on Duke accusing them of rape before the facts. Get sue happy. Make these guys rich. Make their lawsuits a warning for anyone who thinks it is OK to go after someone with a false accusation.

Yep, I’m a little ticked off about this.

Its not KBryant all over again ..that was completely differant situation, where the media and the masses including the numchucks demonsrating in favor of Bryant and his activities on the court house lawn were overwhelmingly for Bryant....

he admitted to something happening....there was her blood on his shirt...and he ended up making a public apology and settled a nice civil suit.....

unproved criminal allegations do not equal false allegations...

not every crime is reported or charges sent up....nor do juries convict people even though they are obviously guilty (Simpson and Blake come to mind).

in the Duke case, there simply was NO evidence ...none....in the Bryant case, there was evidence...but not strong enough to bring to trial...( but strong enough to allow public acknowledgements and a civil suit).

its happening...the Duke crap makes every rape allegation a lie apparently.....

every case is differant and every case has to be considered on its own merits....
