The Democrats are doing a good job of ensuring the President isn’t a ‘lame duck’....(chuckle)
If there ever was such a thing in regards to any seated President in the first place....

It may be high theatre to watch Bush and dumbass in Congress go at each other.
To the folks in the war zone, the bickering may not be so much fun.
We have a large number - over 3K - of our folks in theater right now (Ft Richardson, AK) fighting and dieing.
And the Post is starting to cancel contracts for base services and reduce other services due to funding issues - directly impacting the families left behind.
So Harry, Nancy, Ted, et al - either cut the funds outright and be dome with it, or get with the program!

What part of VETO don’t they understand?

It's possible that Democrats in the House are so blinded by their hatred of the president that they don't realize the deep damage they're doing to the country. If they get their way, America will lose a war. Sort of like Vietnam?
