Now we need to work on unpermitted concealed carry, i.e. you don’t need to submit your name beforehand.

Yeah. I keep hoping some of that blue will work over into my home state of the People’s Soviet of Fruits and Nuts. Oh well.

Vermont and Alaska do have it 100% constitutionally correct.

The chart is incorrect. Alabama is a MAY ISSUE state legally. We the voters make it a shall issue state by replacing any Sheriff that fails to issue them.

Why the heck would anyone live in Illinois or Wisconsin? I’ll answer my own question. Because their chosen profession is armed crime and they want willing victims.

Good to see so many blue states. Need some more green states now.

Not until we’re all “Green Staters”.

Makes a whole new meaning to “Going Green”.

In Massachusetts, police chiefs have the authority to deny an application and not state a reason. My understanding is that police chiefs in greater Boston (which makes up 75% of the state’s population) routinely deny applications.

I’m in Kern County. It’s as good as “Shall Issue”. We have over 4,400 permits issued for a population of around 600K. More than any county in the state.

Vermont and Alaska do have it 100% constitutionally correct.

As more and more burned out hippies move into Vermont and thus come to outnumber hunters watch for the state to get just as bad as New York.

Is that where Isleton is? I heard that the sheriff there would issue to any qualified applicant, and other parts of CA had their collective (and collectivist) panties in a bunch because of it.

That proclamation is way too early. The Democrats control Congress and we just might elect gun-grabber Giuliani to the WH.
