Later, in the White House Rose Garden, the president announced an emergency plan for fighting AIDS in Africa. (Transcript)

I'd already blocked his beatboxing sweater vests from my memory :)

Hopefully, the nation will collectively block it out and we won't have to hear from him ever again!

I don’t listen to Sean or Rush or any of the talkers anymore since it seems to me they are trying to tell us how we should feel about everybody (especially Republican candidates) from GWB to our Congress critters. when I do believe we can form our own opinions.

Here’s a link to prove I was not having pipe dreams about La Raza - this article appeared in the Washington Times:

http://washingtontimes.com/op-ed/20070530-094048-2213r.htm

Not only did this organzation help to write this garbage legislation .. they will benefit from it monitarily by $10 mil every year.

That’s some writer’s fee!!

Thank you Pippin. You are always such a thoughtful poster too. I appreciate your compliment a lot.

I really hope we can protect this great nation from harm, and put that desire above revenue or power.

I was watching Regis and Kelly, and Blake was on. It was terrible. He didn’t know when to lip sinc (sp?) and when to beatbox his song, as it contained both. It was like he never rehearsed. I actually felt bad for the guy... I also realized why he got so far and why Jordin (sp?) was the winner...beyond talent ;-) It was because he was an imitator and she was more of an interpreter of music.

who can ever doubt the exuberance of a child

great photo

It’s so abundantly clear that both the president and first lady truly love children

“who can ever doubt the exuberance of a child”

How true!!! Children see good without a thought - they see nd love the man or woman who loves them.. and our President loves the little ones so much. His caring heart is apparent.

I couldn’t imagine John Kerry as the “President”.
Hanoy John, as I like to call “him”, not really a man at all. Bush outclasses any Democrat anyday.

Couldn’t agree more. There’s a lot to be grateful for during these past 6 years. —At the top of the list that Gore and Kerry weren’t President.
