Many continue to believe the fantasy that if Israel would simply leave the W. Bank and Gaza, give the Palies their precious "right of return", and hand Syria the Golan Heights the longstanding instability in the region would magically vanish and Arab and Jew would sing Kumbaya and Hava Nagila in brotherly love. How can the Israelis “occupy” territory which has for millenia been a part of Israel? “Liberate” would be a more accurate term. God gave the land of Israel to the Jews, in an eternal covenant. It was the Muslim Palestinians who were occupiers of the rightful lands of the Israelis.

Looking back on 1967, the biggest mistake that Israel made was not immediately telling the UN to go screw themselves, that they were attacked by ALL of their so called neighbors, and that the land was now a part of Israel proper, and if they didn't like it, they could go pound sand!

As far as I'm concerned, when one country attacks another, and then LOSES LAND, it's too late for them to cry "mulligan!" and get their losses back!
