Yes, you are right. A person working does have the right to sleep when he/she has too. The part about kids yelling and pool or ocean water just seem to go hand in hand but again, you are right...it’s the parents who need to control this. If the kids are getting too loud then they need to bring it down a notch or two which....also teaches the children to respect the rights of others. Hope they can settle it peacefully and that everyone learns something along the way.
