Called the RNC today and told them I wanted the last two years of contributions back. They said they would send the money I sent them just for the last 12 months - $75.
The first jerk hung up on me when I insisted I wanted at least two years $$ back so I had to call back.
I don't know if they are getting the message or not.

If this bill fails, you'll have full steam ahead on enforcement provisions FIRST - which is what everyone wants and has wanted for over a decade.
Then, when it's working, we'll begin easing up on believing the liars.
Listen, this is dangerous. Would you trust someone if you had witnessed them lie before over the exact same issues = the only thing that's different this time is the lies exceed the previous lies in their amplitude... "instead of $275, we'e gonna fine $5000!" - except they never did charge $275 nor will they ever charge $5000.
More interesting to me is what will happen if the bill passes. States will have to protect themselves financially first= no state benefits for Z visa holders... nothing. And it will go downhill from there.
80% of this country is is mad as hell. Those of us that are the maddest have to run off gang members, have kids in schools of 40% Spanish speakers, have teenagers who can't find part time work, and have paid social security and are damn pissed off these criminals will take it from us.

I did not say that I couldn’t stand “anyone around here”. There’s still a few good, reasonable people who are posting here and a few good and reasonable people who lurk as well.

When I get time, I read the articles and comments on several different forums. It helps give one perspective. I’ve learned that not only are parrots quite annoying, they are also less than helpful when trying to discuss problems that need honest and open debates from all sides of the issues.

It would be interesting to see the states fight the feds over the money they'll have to spend on services. I'd rather not see that fight though.
There are some very healthy "trees" in this forest but not nearly as many as there used to be. I wasn't taking a "swipe" at JR. Simply stating a fact. We did the same thing. Haven’t heard from them in ages. Won’t either and if we do get something we write Refused on the envelope and take it to the post office! No more money from us. Not one red cent to ANYONE.
Funny - thirty years ago I was so angry with the ‘pubs after they ran away from Nixon and abandoned him to the tender mercies of the lefty assassins I wrote them and demanded my $25.00 campaign contribution back - got a check in the mail for that amount a few weeks later......
