Shocking discovery! The thing most shocking thing is why only 36% of the people see it?
To: Sub-Driver
By a 36% to 17% margin Americans see water when they look at the ocean.

Shocking indeed. Sometimes the sheeple surprise me.
I will never understand why they even watch the drivel that comes from the mainstream but the fact they are starting to realize it’s garbage is re-assuring.

As noted earlier, just 25% believe the major broadcast networks deliver news in an unbiased manner. Well, yes. The left 25%ile of the Bell-Shaped Curve..That would fit.
Now, the old term "Moron" was around a SB of 70. So, it just might explain it.

When it comes to delivering news without bias, 37% believe NPR accomplishes that goal.
Whaaat? National Propaganda Radio is hands down the worst of the lot. I don’t watch TV, surely the TV alphabet networks can’t be worse! I can’t stand but a few minutes of listening to NPR’s political demogoguery.

“Media fairness has emerged as a debate on Capitol Hill following the recent debate on immigration when public opinion overwhelmed the will of the Senate. Some lawmakers have called for a re-introduction of the Fairness Doctrine requiring stations to air competing points of view.”
Thats the money quote. See how the article skips from talk of bias in tv to the fairness doctrine which would have no effect on it and radio on which it would. Its fine that CNN and FOX compete for their viewships. Its wrong for the government to tell a particular radio station or network they have to “balance” their programming.

By a 39% to 20% margin, American adults believe that the three major broadcast networks deliver news with a bias in favor of liberals. Let's just restate it the way the MSM would:
"By a factor of 2 to 1, American adults believe that the three major broadcast networks deliver news with a bias in favor of the liberals."

gee....ya think????

What Americans believe is insignificant compared to what actually is.
Research should attempt to discover the fact, and then compare that with the opinion.

Rasmussen better re-check his numbers. The belief in a liberal bias better be more than a 19% plurality.

Some lawmakers have called for a re-introduction of the "Fairness Doctrine" requiring stations to air competing points of view
This is a biased statement of what the Fairness Doctrine seeks.
The Fairness Doctrine creates a monopoly of communication where the leadership of the two political parties control the debate and decide what the two "sides" are to any issue.
It is a grotesque limitation on freedom of speech.

Actually, I think this is funny. Mainly because 39% thinks it is liberal. And who is WATCHING the news on TV and the little 3? Liberals!!! Certainly not we conservatives. I have not watched any of the little 3, CNN, PMSNBC, etc., in over 10-15 years. I last watched CNN during the first gulf war!! If I watch any TV news, it is Fox. But, since they have fallen on the left side of life, I don’t even watch them anymore. It is the Internet and conservative sites that I go to to GET THE ACTUAL AND FACT NEWS!! Hell, even ESPN is left on news, taking shots at certain people when they can work it in. Certainly not the Marxist’s news networks.
