Yes but the NOAA and Coast Guard have boats anchored there, signs warning pleasure craft off. The street leading to it is thin, on the right is a tall (3 story) brick building (manufacturer), cars parked alongside. The other side is a chain-link and barbed wire fence. Around that corner is private property. Beside it is Gov't owned (more fencing). A radio station used to have an annual fishing tourney across from them, but the city put a stop to it.
I wanted to set up a bbq there once, and went to scout it out. Sorry, it's just not doable. I'll have another look this weekend though... maybe things changed.

I know who Jamal is. He torched my team a couple of times for over 150 yards. I don’t remember the coke rap, but I can’t say I’m surprised. I just had never heard of Jamel.

and maybe some desperate loser team will want him in 2008? Vick will be back in the ATL and all of this will be forgotten. There'll be some scattered booing in the stands though.

Michael Vick + Short Sentence + Jesse Jackson + Al Sharpton + Southern Christian Leadership Conference + "Genuine contrition." + "I have grown." + "It's racist to deny this fine young man an opportunity to redeem himself!" = NFL reinstatement in time for the 2008 season.

Seriously, if they let this guy play after pleading guilty, the NFL will be making a huge mistake. He must be banned for life. A clear hard message has to be sent to the sports thug mentality of Vick's kind. "You ain't wanted here no mo"
