Yet another one of the Marines that US Congressman John Murtha (D-PA) Charged, Tried, Convicted, and Executed in the public forum is probably going to have the charges against him dropped from the make believe “Massacre” made up by Murtha and the MSM in their propaganda war against the United States Military presence in Iraq.

An investigating officer recommended Thursday dismissing all charges against a Marine accused of murdering two girls in an assault that killed 24 civilians in the Iraqi town of Haditha.
Lance Cpl. Stephen B. Tatum, 26, is charged with unpremeditated murder of two girls and negligent homicide on suspicion that he unlawfully killed two men, a woman and a boy. He is also accused of assaulting another boy and a girl.
Investigating officer Lt. Col. Paul Ware said the evidence was too weak for a court-martial. Tatum shot and killed civilians, but “he did so because of his training and the circumstances he was placed in, not to exact revenge and commit murder,” Ware wrote.
“I believe (Lance Cpl.) Tatum’s real life experience and training on how to clear a room took over and his body instinctively began firing while his head tried to grasp at what and why he was firing,” Ware wrote. “By the time he could recognize that he was shooting at children, his body had already acted.
Congressman Murtha has yet to concede to the public that he was wrong in refering to our men and women in the military, particularly Marines of which he himself is a former Marine who as a US Congressman has done everything in his power to disgrace the uniform that he formerly wore.

The left makes this big uproar about “outting” a “covert” CIA agent. They also cry over the loss of due process rights for terrorists. Where is the outrage? Where is the accountability they want only from the Bush administration? Where are the repurcausions?
This, and the “the war is lost”, the surge isn’t working (before it began) are three big time winning issues for the GOP in ‘08. The treason party must be exposed, but how?
He brings home 150+ million in earmarks and jobs which buys his reelections. Also, he is an ex Marine. He hasn’t earned the right to be called a former Marine.
I wish Irey had been able to mount a formidable challenge to this crochety old coot. Unfortunatley, it seems he has bought his district with all that pork he brings home, thus denying the people of Pennsy a much needed breath of fresh air.

It’s more than that. Here in PA the Republican party administration is largely country-club suburban folks who look with disdain on the conservative base. The party essentially refused to provide Diana with the resources she could have used in an effort to beat Murtha. I suspect there are Republican party officials in that district who were happier with Murtha getting re-elected than they would have been to have someone like Irey take his place.

It is ALREADY a DOCUMENTED fact that Murtha admitted to a confidant that he didn’t EARN the Purple Heart he so loudly heralded during his pursuit of public office.
NOW, I want to know just how much combat EXPERIENCE did the loudmouth, corrupt, traitorous sonuvabitch live through to have made him such an expert that from 1000s of miles away and input from only his preferred source (Islamic press) - he was so willing to PUBLICLY accuse the Marines of “Cold blooded murder”.
