How would the senator use a wide stance with his pants down around his ankles?

That pretty much proves he’s lying.
Here’s the police report and follow-up info:

no words said....yet tapping your foot and putting your hand under the stall gets you arrested?

I wouldn't want to hang out in the BR but jeepers, nothing really happened did it?

The use of gloves in booking the men was less a public health measure than a way for police officers to demonstrate their contempt for the arrested men.

I think I would have used gloves also...........

“Odd” that the Homosexual Lobby that is so vocal with support in other such cases is silent here...

Sexual Freedom Activists Target ‘Archaic, Unjust’ Sex Laws CNSNews.com 6/01/04 Susan Jones
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1148916/posts

In addition, the project will examine laws against public lewdness, “which are routinely misused to persecute and prosecute people who participate in non-traditional forms of sexual expression.”

“I’ve seen firsthand how the misuse of these [public lewdness] laws has ruined the lives of gay and bisexual men,” said Matt Foreman, executive director of the National Gay and Lesbian Task Force.

Restroom’s gay review stirs the pot in Malden
Boston Herald 02/23/2006 Matthew Keough
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1583987/posts

A gay Web site’s praise of bawdy bathroom behavior in Malden City Hall has sparked a tempest over the toilet.

An anonymous letter sent to the City Council alerted them to a five-star ranking on the Gay Universe site for male-on-male sexual encounters in the stalls.

The men’s room in Malden City Hall is the only municipal building listed, according to the site. It’s a desirable destination some politicians are determined to blot out.

Frank Conway of the Government Center Commission, which oversees the bathrooms, said there have been arrests for trespassing and damage.

Like NO employees at City Hall ever participated IN the sex acts there. Right, just was a convenient location for non-employee visitors to City Hall. It’s not like an airport where everyone has business.

Gutsy Mayor Exposes National “Gay” Public Sex Scandal
Concerned Women for America 08-02-07 Concerned Women for America
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1875350/posts

Fort Lauderdale, Florida Mayor Jim Naugle has been under rapid fire assault from homosexual activists and liberal media for asking people simply to obey the law and to be responsible and respectful to families and children. Recently, Mayor Naugle exposed a popular “gay” community website that serves as an online directory which both encourages and facilitates illegal, public and anonymous “gay” sex. The Mayor was particularly upset that this activity is taking place at two children’s parks in Fort Lauderdale.

Matt Barber, Policy Director for Cultural Issues with Concerned Women for America (CWA), is both an attorney and former law enforcement officer who, in that capacity, has witnessed such behavior first-hand. While addressing the growing problem, Barber said, “We strongly suggest that local law enforcement authorities across America use this ‘cruising for sex’ website to identify the locations where this immoral and disease-spreading behavior is taking place.

This whole matter is revealing of the mindset of the radical homosexual movement. Members of the activist community in Fort Lauderdale and elsewhere are actually coming out in defense of public “gay” sex. The homosexual legal group, LAMBDA Legal calls such public sex a civil right in their “little black book,” and encourages such behavior. And a consortium of homosexual activist groups is calling on Mayor Naugle to resign or be censured for addressing the problem.

F***ing with Freepers: Sex catapults me to the big time
Creative Loafing (Atlanta) 1/13/05 CLIFF BOSTOCK
http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1320791/posts

Of course, Freepers, as the creepy wing-nuts on the site are called, were not alone in being outraged by my column. I received quite a lot of mail, mainly from other gay people, questioning my argument that LA Fitness at Ansley Mall overreacted when it closed its sauna because of some occasional sex and reopened it with a new picture window overlooking the locker room. As an update, I might add that the window has effectively eliminated unseen sexual interactions inside the sauna and made room for another, more open form of sex between people on either side of the window: exhibitionism and voyeurism.

Most of my correspondents argued that the occasional discovery of sex in the sauna merited involvement by the police and the health department, reconstruction of the sauna and a report by one of the local TV stations. And, as usual, they concluded that because I called that overreacting, I must favor sex in public spaces. No matter that I said I find the behavior annoying. To be righteous, I must find it — what? — criminally actionable.

So where is the hypocritical "gay rights" crowd today? Throwing a suspected sexually curious male under the bus and cheering on his demise.

You’re not getting the point. This is not tapping like you would to the beat of a song. This is reaching your foot under the stall far enough to tap the foot of the guy in the next stall.

I think we are all knowledgeable enough to know that we respect and expect respect in the boundaries of the stall when you’re using the toilet. To tap the other guy’s shoe and do it repeatedly which is what Craig is accused of requires effort - it was not accidental. The cop was apparently there because there was a lot of perversion going on in that bathroom. Note that the cop said that Craig lingered outside the stall for a couple of minutes looking through the cracks trying to check out the cop before he went in the next stall and made his move. Craig is apparently a real pervert and the cop had been making numerous arrests over a several month period for this stuff.

Police are too busy engaging in public sex themselves to file paperwork:

The whole absurd thing about this incident is that we have had gay rights shoved down our throats (pardon the cliche) and now a hub bub about a guy responding to so called gay mating calls.

I know were not supposed to discriminate against homosexual men, and I know that God loves everyone, just not our actions, and I know personally some homosexual men that I do repect....but.....

if picking up partners in a dirty public BR is an excepted homosexual activity, these people and their sexuality are really sick, sick , sick....

and for the love of me, I can't figure out WHAT they would be doing in two differant stalls....hand jobs?....I mean they would have to be kneeling on the dirty wet floor!

What a typical Ithaca spin on a story.
The issue isn’t the vile behavior going on in the bathrooms...NO! The ISSUE is the INSENSITIVITY of those nasty glove wearing cops.

Venable: Call it a failure to communicate
By Sam Venable

Tuesday, August 28, 2007

Since it’s not my habit to frequent women’s restrooms, I don’t know much about the protocol. All I can address is the men’s side of the equation, and after 60 years of practice, I pretty much have the routine down pat. Especially the do’s and don’ts.

In matters of interpersonal communication within these confines— a.k.a. talking — less is generally better.

If two strangers of the Guy Persuasion happen to enter the room simultaneously, it’s OK for them to acknowledge the other’s presence with a silent nod. If they do speak, it should be in a low, monotone, “How’ya doin?” or “Wha’ysay?” Or “Wha’sup?” for Gen-Xers and “What up, dawg?” among the 20-somethings.

Well, yes. If (1) the two Guy Persons are not strangers and (2) the atmospheric conditions are not, shall we say, “rose petal pleasant,” it is permissible, sometimes even mandatory, for one or the other make note of it with a nervous chuckle, followed by words on the order of, “Man! That’ll peel paint, won’t it?”

Beyond that, silence most often rules.

Another truism is the business of visual contact. Specifically, the lack thereof. Eyes forward, straight ahead is the order of the day. If women want to look at one another and remark, “Why, that’s the prettiest blouse I ever saw!” more power to ’em. Men prefer to stare holes in the wall.

This is particularly true if one man is standing at the time, taking care of business, and another Guy Person walks into the room, approaches the same general area (each spot separated by a chest-high partition) and also begins taking care of business in a standing position. This is no time for conviviality.

And yet a Guy Person I know — country comedy singer-songwriter Jerry “Hogman” Isham of Rockwood — was forced to break this cardinal rule a few days ago in Nashville. Jerry was in Music City to record some tunes for his latest CD. Later, he performed at a couple of cafes. Shortly after midnight, he was about to start back toward East Tennessee and decided to visit the john first. He was minding his own business when another Guy Person sidled up on the far side of the partition and began talking.

“Right out of the blue, he says, ‘How’re you doin?’ ” Jerry told me. “I said, ‘Fine, how’re you?’

“Then he says, ‘When did you get into town?’ I said, ‘About noon today.’

“Then he says, ‘Are you gonna sing?’ I said, ‘I just did.’

“Then he says, ‘Who are you with?’ I said, ‘My buddy, Jeremy Ball.’

“I gotta tell you, I was getting nervous. I didn’t dare look over. Just kept starin’ straight ahead. But the other feller wouldn’t quit.

“He says, ‘Are you comin’ back to town?’ I said, ‘Next Monday.’ He says, ‘When are you leavin’ town?’ I said, ‘Right now!’

“I went over to wash my hands and heard that feller say, ‘Bye, I love you, too.’ ”

Curiosity finally took control, and Jerry glanced across the room.

“He’d been talkin’ to someone on a cell phone!” he exclaimed. “Reckon he was just as surprised, ’cause all he did was stare at me while he folded up that phone.”

In the parlance of show business, the parties exited — stage right and stage left.

Columnist Sam Venable may be reached at 865-342-6272 or venob@knews.com. His newest book, “Someday I May Find Honest Work: A Newspaper Humorist’s Life,” has just been released by University of Tennessee Press.

the cop was definitely in the right line of business. I saw a small pic and immediately thought of this guy:

or maybe this guy

At any rate, the esteemed Senator may or may not be a homersezuall. What he most definitely appears to be is a predator. Those guys are the scum of the earth. He needs to be put in a stock. He admitted to this crap.

Didn't you pay attention in sex ed class?

Apparently, gay restroom sex is a two stage process.

1. SOLICITATION -- foot tapping, hand signals, etc. between two men in adjacent stalls.

2. ACTION -- After agreement to proceed, one man moves to the other man's stall and they do the nasty.

Hope that helps. LOL

Hehehe, it's what Presbyterians do in church because their denomination doesn't raise hands.
