Yah, right, CNN. It was innocent women and children and a wedding party in the buildings, shooting at the Marines.
The Insurgents were held accountable for these deaths until their willing accomplices in the Media tried to blame Our Marines.
I just saw the broadcast of this story on CNN. No doubt about it. CNN is spinning this against the Marines.

The weather was great, the signs displayed the usual creative efforts, the cars, cabs and trucks driving by gave us the thumbs up and horn toots.
Suddenly, way up between the tall buildings we saw FReeper One of the Florida Free Republic Air force zoom into sight.....circling above us for a good ten minutes or so. What a thrill!
It was towing a banner with an apropos phrase on it. We danced around, pointing upward and crying out "Da Plane, Da Plane!!"
All of Tampa proper couldn't miss that plane!
Afterward we adjourned to a nearby hash house for a bite to eat and some great freeptalk about our completed mission.
I wish Murtha's office was in Florida. You can bet your life we'd freep him but good.
If his office was on the water down here, we'd call in the Florida Free Republic Navy to assist us, too.

CNN does NOT mention that 11 Marines were wounded in the fighting that day.
BTW, I wish Puckett and Rooney would just shut the hell up about suing Murtha until the judicial process is concluded. He's a powerful man and warning him that you're coming after him, when your client has not been cleared, is just Goddamn stupid.

I WANT TO KNOW WHERE THE RECALL PETITION FOR MURTHA IS.
Ask the registered voters of the 12th congressional district of Pennsylvania. No one else's signatures have any bearing. And even theirs might not -- I don't know squat about Pennsylvania recall law. But I do know that the voters of PA-12 had the option to "recall" Murtha 10 months ago by not re-electing him, and they chose otherwise.
Trying to recall a Congressman is generally pointless. It's foot-stomping to make a point. He can be removed from office on the Tuesday after the first Monday in November of any even-numbered year. No petitions required.

We cannot afford to back a pet strong-man who oppresses his own people. If we don't support and nurture the kind of liberty we claim to stand for, then we're acting like nothing more than the bullies they say we are. Based upon the Marines position from earlier in the Video and the eventual cover in the lower left corner as well as the position of the bodies I’d say they were relocating to a different position away from the car.
Note that with the exception of the driver’s door all other doors were opened away from the Marines, not what one would do if one was surrendering or peacefully complying with The Marines orders to stop.
