Note: Justin Hart is founder of MyManMitt.com and sits on the Faith and Values Committee of the Romney campaign
Critics can say what they want about Romney buying his votes or flipping on issues... but he is the only candidate out there that has deep, articulate and detailed policy proposals. Today, the Romney campaign has put out a 70-page document detailing his positions on numerous issues, including 50 specific proposals for a stronger America.
Romney has been putting these proposals in place, piece by piece, since January. This represents an impressive and comprehensive approach to presidential platforming - I don't know I've ever seen anything like it before.
The "booklet" has the look of a corporate annual report and includes the entire text of his speeches at the Herzliya conference, Foreign Affairs, the Club for Growth conference, and the National Right to Life Convention.

The speech in Israel about Iran is the best foreign policy speech I've seen on Iran. The Israelies said the same.
Go Mitt!
As a Mormon, I just don’t like Mr Romney. He’s a good guy, but he just seems too much like Bill Clinton in his political positioning issue by issue. And the way he handled the Craig issue was pretty bad too.. not much of a real human concern, just political damage control. If a Mormon behaves like other non-Mormon politicians like this, what difference does it make for him to win?
If he wins the nomination I will vote for him, but I hope Fred Thompson or Rudi wins.. it will be better for the nation. I don’t know of any good Mormon politicians.. Orin Hatch was good 20 years ago (Iran Contra), but he’s gone down hill.
That phony has more foot-in-mouth moments than any politico this side of Dick Morris!
Ping to #4.
Everyone knows that the average voter loves reading corporate annual reports and who could resist the chance to read about the Herzliya(?) conference?

Specific Strategy for a Stronger America - the Romney 50
The anti-Mitt rhetoric is getting more shrill and outlandish day by day. Interesting to watch.
How can you guys support someone who’s flipflopped so much in the past...is it a “well that was then this is now” sort of thing?
Mitt will make a good Secretary of the Treasury
Personally, I long for a POTUS that’s smarter than the “average voter”. That’s why we’re electing him. I also want someone who has had success in the real world of business and understands markets - that’s a very good thing.
Sadly, I am really starting to believe that. They did elect Clinton....twice.
I don’t really buy into that flip-flop nonsense. On some issues, Gov. Romney was forced to declare a truce with the liberals in the state to be elected. As governor, he promoted conservative principles and vetoes pro-choice legislation. As a career businessman, he would be used to accomodating certain viewpoints in order to achieve a larger objective. While I don’t want a President that will sell us out to the Democrats for political means, I also recognize that we live in a divided country and certain issues are going to require bi-partisan support. Mitt Romney has shown competence and faithfulness to conservative principles as governor. I believe that he will be a very effective President given the poisoned atmosphere in Washington.
[”average voter” is just too dumb for Romney and his campaign?

Hey - Hillary’s counting on it.
Here’s the link to Romney’s plans, if anyone cares to peruse:
