One of the men accusing O.J. Simpson of robbing him last Thursday is in the hospital. A spokesperson for Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles says Bruce Fromong is in the intensive care unit after suffering what's being described as a massive heart attack.
News 3's Jesse Corona spoke with Bruce Fromong's neighbors who say they can hardly believe everything that's been happening.
Before 53-year-old Bruce Fromong was an alleged victim in O.J. Simpson's personal sports memorabilia sting, he was an O.J. supporter. Fromong testified for Simpson's defense in the wrongful death case brought by Fred Goldman.
He also somehow came into possession of the suit that Simpson wore when he was acquitted of criminal charges in the infamous 1994 double murder........."

That’s easy. The state of Nevada would file homicide or manslaughter charges.
some new twists and turns (for me, at least)....seems this guy testified at OJ’s murder trial....sheesh.
Punk Simpson committed at least 8 crimes, it isn’t up to the victim to press charges. That is the job of the District Attorney and the police.

Maybe! The stress had to contribute to the heart attack. Imagine OJ and his armed goons busting into your room! We all heard the tape and everyone knows OJ is a killer.
If the state can prove that stress of the ordeal caused the fatal heart attack they could very well nail him with it. Wouldn’t that be poetic justice, OJ gets nailed for homicide without even touching the guy.

A shadow of a doubt....but a “reasonable person” would likely conclude that several armed thugs, in the presence of an accused (and believed to be by many) murderer, such as OJ, would exacerbate, if not CAUSE, any heart condition/trauma.
Don’t know about everyone else, but if OJ busted into my room with thugs, sporting a gun, I just might have a heart attack before thinking I am going to be shot! Oy!
Someone correct me if I am wrong, but the local DA is the charging party here. The victims are not required to be a party to the action. They are important as witnesses, but in this case it’s all on video. They won’t need much witness testimony IMO. Will they seek it and take as much of it as they think will help their case, sure you bet.

And this is speculation, of course, but maybe OJ even told this guy way back when that he actually did kill Nicole and Ron, and laughed about it.
That could come in the criminal trial....it could be under restitution to the victim(s), and that would be a separate part of any criminal verdict (if first found guilty, of course).
Sounds like an OJ version of Arkancide.

It means Fromong was OJ’s henchman. Fromong was holding on to OJ’s valuables so the victim’s estates wouldn’t grab them. Fromong apparently double-crossed OJ.
