Giuliani Begins Returning $9.11 Checks (RINO opportunist's $9.11 fund-raiser)
NY MAGAZINE ^ | 10/16/07 | DAILY INTEL

Posted on 10/17/2007 4:40:11 AM PDT by Liz

After New Yorkers (and others) became outraged that a California supporter threw a fund-raiser for him asking for donations in the denomination of $9.11, the Giuliani campaign quietly began returning the checks. It's a small gesture..... but it's something. Is Giuliani finally recognizing how offensive it is for him to try to own the September 11 tragedy? Is he taking note that if his home city finishes turning against him, he'll have a hard time convincing people that he has a great mayoral legacy? Does this signify personal growth on his part? Eh, probably not. It's just $9.11, people.

You should be ashamed for that picture, but you probably aren’t.

No, not a one issue voter. Just someone who realizes that the importance of winning the WOT is far and away more important at this point in history.

It aint just abortion. On everything from illegal immigration to gun control, to the environment to fiscal issues, Rudy is NOT on our side. Why is it the Rudy 911 supporters always bringing up the abortion issue? There are MANY reasons to oppose Rudy and his corrupt, greasy urban cohorts (Kerick, Pirro, Segarra, Harding).

On most of those issues, nither is Bush, and yet I bet you support him.

What has Rudy demonstrated in terms of “foreign policy knowledge” other than copying boilerplates from Bibi Netanyahu or Fox News? The man’s knowledge of foreign policy comes from Third World “ethnic” festivals, not from experience.

**** that picture is a disgrace, and shame on you. ****

Wrong. It's Rooty who is the disgrace.

The fact is Rooty has exploited 9-11 for every penny he could -- and can. The various companies he's formed - all with a link back to 9-11 and his (cough) 'heroism' are an arms length long.

And as to 'shame on me' - lighten up Frances. Rooty is no Saint. And he's certainly NO hero. The mutt is a shameless whore.

REVIEW: Rudi/Judi on Hannity.

Talk about media manipulation----the interview was hyped as Rooty's Hillary-bashing---to inveigle viewers to watch.

From the getgo, the entire exercise was intended to whitewash Rooty's biggest problem---his third wife---Jooty. Rooty dumped his wife and kids to be with Jooty who abandoned her only child to be with the married Mayor.

Jooty had been instructed to act like the demure worshipful Stepford wife. All she needed was a ruffled gingham frock to complete the masquerade.

Jooty had dutifully memorized all her answers to questions which Sean read verbatim from a cheat sheet. Hannity was well-briefed to ask the "right" questions and Jooty responded like Pavlov's dog. Sean was coached to get answers that were obviously focus-grouped to the nth degree.

Rooty's attempts to look "sincere" were laughable. Posturing, slitting his eyes to look serious---all of them laughing at the dumbness---the NRA phone thing AND the idiotic Cabinet interview w/ Bwabwa.

The Rooty campaign is in emergency mode b/c the polls apparently show Jooty is a drag on the campaign; the nitwit actually told an appalled America she planned to sit in on Cabinet meetings. Now Rooty and Jooty are stupidly laughing over the very crackbrained idea they themselves came up with.

Sean should hang his head in shame for giving Rooty TV time----not b/c it was effective---but b/c it was a witless attempt to resurrect Jooty. Viewers have never been so manipulated as they were in this interview. Sean should be ashamed for using his audience in that manner.

Fred Thompson has great foreign policy knowledge?

Where is he anyway? I would expect someone who is running for President to at least try to get in front of a camera.

If the WOT is lost, all other issues -abortion, guns, taxes etc, are meaningless.

I (and, I'm sure, many others on FR) grow weary of your nonsensical statements.

If we support and vote for a CONSERVATIVE, he will vigorously prosecute the WOT and shoot for total victory, AND support and defend our CONSTITUTIONAL RIGHTS AND the RIGHT TO LIFE as well.

Plus, we will be more sure of WINNING the WOT if we get a man with unchanging, RED-STATE AMERICA Core values and principles, NOT someone like RINO-rudy who flip-flops and surrounds himself with corrupt, yes-men cronies.

If consummate dumb-ass, and ethically-challenged goof-ball, Kerik, had not been found out, and rudy became President, then we could all look forward to Kerik as AG.

How many more RINO-rudy cronies are waiting in the wings to help rudy screw up our party and country for DECADES to come?

NO THANKS.

Just someone who realizes that the importance of winning the WOT is far and away more important at this point in history.

I have that realization too - but nominating Rudy will have the opposite effect. Can't you see that? He cannot defeat Hillary! He will split the party! Another candidate will be tough on the WOT and still be acceptable to a large block of the GOP. Republicans will all line up behind such a candidate & we will defeat the beast. This cannot be done if Rudy is the nominee.

Bush has been a major disappointment, although at least he has a better record with women. Who would be worse as first spouse, Bill Clinton or that gold digging whore Judi Nathan?

The end of the 9.11 check story, obviously. There’s nothing else to it. Sorry.

Trust me, I am tempted to vote Third Party. Romney would probably be my choice today, because despite his flip flopping, he has a fully functioning brain, and has class, something that Mayor Giussolini NEVER had and never will.

He who lives by the polls - will die by the polls.

It’s pretty obvious that Rudy lives by the polls - I’m sure he checks them continuously, just like Hillary does. It’s what establishes his “talking points of the day”.

I don’t believe anything either one of them say - they would say ANYTHING to get elected.

After the primaries - when most of the apathetic public will open their sleepy eyes & start paying more attention - THEN - they will realize what phonies both of them are.

That picture is SPOT ON.

DEAD ON.

RIGHT ON.

PERFECT.

I have copied it, and will send it in an email to all I know (just like I've done with all pointed political humor directed at scumbag political opportunist, RINO-rudy).

No, I never said that. That was purely tangential. It was but a minor point compared to Giussolini’s disregard for principle, lack of knowledge of foreign policy, lack of a grasp of REALISM in foreign policy (”we must spread democracy”, what is he, Woodrow Wilson?), lack of a cultural/educational heritage that is conducive to American constitutionalism, and his squishyness on fiscal issues. Don’t get me started on his fascistic “Lawr and Or-dah” control freak tendencies.
